The owner was very helpful and the rooms area very spacious and clean. The area around it is quiet and easy to park on the street.

Genuinn is the perfect place to stay if you have a car. It is far from Taichung centre, however very close to the train station.
The room was very modern and super clean. The area is very quiet and safe, but few restaurants and sights in the area. Freeman very safe parking is available.
I was friendly greeted by, I assume, the landlord family and they made their utmost to make me feel welcome.

The room is larger and tidier than we thought. The bed is a bit too soft, but other things are good. The bathroom is good to separate the shower water from toilet. The owner is kind and helpful, he usually requires us to call him before arriving the hostel to make sure he is right there. So, it is better to have a Taiwan phone card.
