Clean accommodation, staff ere very helpful, walk out the door and the train subway 30 second walk away .
Only issue is the walls between rooms have very bad sound proofing you can hear people talking from other rooms

It was super convenient as the hotel is right next to the train station. Easy to get everywhere and close to food, restaurants, etc. We had a lot of fun on this trip. Would go back and stay there again. It also comes with free breakfast.

Great property! Very clean and the rooms are very quiet! The Raohe night market is very convenient and it is about a 15 minute walk to songshan subway station to get around the city!

It is clean in general and staffs are very kind and ready to help. However the sound proofing is not so good as sometimes you can hear your neighbors noise. There is only one plastic chair in the room and it is not very comfortable.

The location is unbeatable, 1 min walk to the MRT station and 7-11 just across the street. Plenty of restaurants nearby.
The free breakfast is wonderful and tasty with many different options. The staff are quite polite.
However, inside the room is not very clean with lots of dust above the bed head.

There is no common computer or office for use. It was hard to change the room once we paid to Expedia directly. Traveler protection plan was hard to cancel once you paid for it. The bath tub is too hard to get in/out easily for a shorter person. There is no key chain on the door for security.

Great location with lots of restaurants and MRT close by. In walking distance of many attractions in Taipei. Staff was attentive and facility was acceptable for the price. Carpets had some stay and city was a little loud at night but overall would recommend.

It was just an overnight stay but staff member LaLa made everything less stressful for me. I was communicating with her when I was still in USA. Her English communication was great. She understood my needs. Made my transportation easy from airport to the hotel, then from hotel to Keelung Port for my cruise. Miss LaLa is very pleasant. She is a valuable employee.
