Mold is everywhere. Water was dripping from AC. Pillows had the smell of sweat.

Great area. Super convenient. Great price but the bed is not too comfortable.

In term of location no complain but in term of property share maintenance the smell

Basic hotel near to Xi Meng Ding. Many eating place nearby.

got insects in this inn. This Inns was rebuild from an old apartment.

If you are looking for a cheap place to stay but still near ximending then this is the place. You won't expect anything for the price you pay. Overall the experience was more than what we pay for.

Check in staff is very helpful n recommended a good place to stay a fews nigh in Kaohsiung

The Friendly staffs , but the family room for four person was too small suggest take two double room for four person. The room cleanliness just average but the toilet some time little bit smelly but after watered the bath room, the smell were run out.

Good location...Room a bit small. ..no cupboard to keep clothes...staff keep room clean. ..but not much interactions...just question and answer. ..

Very convenient but room is only a pass, like a little noisy sometimes in room, toilet is those all in ones.

about 5 min walk to ximending metro station. convenient location for food.room is not big but at least it is clean and comfortable..breakfast was provided at one of the restaurant on the street..they give you the voucher and you can redeem it for an easy breakfast or use it as a credit to purchase your own..each voucher is good for 50 taiwanese dollar credit at the restaurant..

First time stay in this hotel, Seems nice but when open the room is looks old, n not in good condition...Next morning I see ant passing through on my bed when Im sleeping....Shocked

the room quite small cannot moving

Very convenient as it's just 5 mins walk from Ximen metro station. There are many restaurants, food stalls and shops surrounding.

Rooms were not bad,the plus things is that they have a desktop flat screen computer n free Wi-Fi, breakfast was not too bad,as you can upgrade your meal. The reception staff were cheerful n helpful. I will book This hotel for my next stay.

The room is very old and very dirty, full of dust, smelly, small, absolutely not worth for any value.

Room quite nice but the space is small. A good location is near to Xi Men Ding.

Location is good. Staff are friendly. Room is dirty. Stains on bedsheet, pillow case, walls. Lizards droppings on the ceiling close aircon. Toilet has chipped tiles. Floor laminates torn. Room to small. Not enough place to fully open my baggage, 29". It was my bad that I did not do my home work properly before booking. Definitely not suitable for family with children. It is a Love Motel.

the condition of the room was poor. the tap actually broke (a first for me), and we had to personally go down to level 1 reception to highlight our issue. the in-house technician promptly helped us to stop the water flow to the tap and the tap was replaced the following day. there was a part of the flooring which cracked, exposing a small part of the bare floor. the toilet is unnecessarily big. too big in fact, the toilet could have been smaller to make more space for the bedroom instead. it was quite crampy for 2 medium luggages. ladies might find it troublesome as there are no mirrors in the bedroom, but only in the toilet. ladies might want to bring your own standing mirror to do your make-up. there is no wardrobe as well. just a few hooks to hang your clothes. despite the glaring flaws, the room was clean. hotel is located in a convenient location and although it might look like a love motel, i did not see any shady people during my week-long stay. the staff service was acceptable. the hotel can also improve guest comfort by providing extra pillows instead of just 2 pillows.

Everything is good and nice place, but inconvenience to use curtain at bathroom.
