Nice clean room and quiet in a Japanese style.

Pleased with my stay. I found it a bit difficult to communicate with reception due to the language barrier but they insisted on trying to help regardless and when the on duty receptionist didn’t understand, she was resourceful in asking her colleague. I saw quite a few complaints about noise levels..I’m from a big city so maybe I’m just used to it but this didn’t seem any more or less sound proof than the average hotel in a busy urban area. 算整潔，標準雙床房面積大，但相對卓子太細。浴室用玻璃作間隔，晚上去洗手間開燈太光，影響另一位睡眠，另天花上紅色警報燈也太亮，有點難入睡。

Wonderful. A great value. Would stay here again!

The hotel was very clean and modern. The bed was comfortable and the linens were nice. The hotel is convenient to the Riverside Park and several restaurants are nearby. The staff were pleasant. Our only complaint was the breakfast. It was a set breakfast that was delivered to the lobby at either 7 or 9am the day we were there. There was no choice of tea or coffee and we got 2 iced teas. My husband prefers coffee. While we don't need a buffet breakfast, it would have been nice to have some choice with perhaps some fresh fruit instead of an egg dish and a sandwich. And having a choice of 8am delivery would have also been better for us.

My friend and I spent two nights at Hommie Inn. Check-in was very easy, and we got to store our bags for free as we got there early in order to go out to explore the city. The room was very orderly and spacious, and we appreciated the complimentary guest amenities like the toothbrush, etc. The shower was very nice got hot very quickly, and the warm toilet seat was another nice plus. The beds themselves were a bit hard, and I found myself a bit uncomfortable. Also, I didn't realize until the last day, but the reason why there was so much street noise was because even though the window was closed, the lock had not been put in place, which was another source of discomfort. Overall, the price was great, the amenities were as well, and the location could not be beat!

Very convenient, nearby market and night market, public bus can reach there. However, some street shops open very late.

Everything is good except the room is a bit small.

Overall, the place was clean and of good value. The location was meh, and we ended up smelling smoke in our non-smoking room. The staff was apologetic and brought in a hepa filter, which helped.

Situated in the an old city centre of Taichung City. Location is extremely convenient for the local night market, necessities and public transportation. You're right in the hustle and bustle. The hostel seemed pretty quiet overall, only saw some guests in passing once a day. I wouldn't say its a place to meet others as I didn't notice other solo travellers and the lounge in the basement was empty every night I checked it. Room includes a lot of basic needs: coffee, tea, kettle, mugs, slippers, razor, comb, toothbrush and toothpaste.

The place is rather new and very clean, I was surprised by the size of the room it was so small but it was just good for the night. there was 7/11 and family mart nearby. my only issue was the air conditioner as the room is too small it was blowing on my head while asleep which gave me a headache in the morning. but overall happy with it as it was clean, secure, respectful, in an okay location, the beds were comfortable and the toilet was JAPANESE which is amazing!

Bed and linen were extremely comfortable, comparable to any major hotel brands. We were 2 adults and a toddler, and were able to fit VERY comfortably onto the king size bed. Breakfast was no frills and extremely hearty and healthy with a very lovely iced red tea. Location of the hotel was impeccable and close to Chung Hwa drive-through night market and No. 2 wet market where both offered plenty of options for local food/beverages. This hotel offer superb value for money.

Room is clean, breakfast was acceptable. They don’t serve their own breakfast but colab with a local coffee shop. I don’t get to choose the breakfast I want but luckily they come alright. Hotel location is extremely near to a night market. Just along the main road in fact. Overall a pleasant stay.

Overall the stay was really just so-so. The room, while clean, didn’t really stand out for me. The breakfast wasn’t that special for the price we paid. The lady at the reception was really nice. But that was it. It’s hidden away inside an alley, but still walking distance to food and convenience store. No parking, you have to find a car park or public parking spots. Just didn’t feel like the price I paid matched what I received at the hotel.
