Male staff (evening shift) could be more professional in responding to questions. Bathroom could be cleaned more often. Breakfast menus the same every day.

It was ok room but for whatever reason we paid so much money for it and definitely wasn’t worth it.

Receptionist was rather cold and unwelcoming when we checked in. The room assigned to us has water leakage issues but was glad they immediately changed a room for us. Although it is a non smoking facility, you can smell traces of cigarettes in the room.

Convenient location. Breakfast is a plus. Room is a little small but fair for the cost. I will definitely choose a room with windows if i stay there again.

Very thing are some as 4 years ago But the breakfast are totally different all veggies and no eggs etc...also breakfast not warm not hot just cold 凍冰冰 的齋早餐 I will not return

Great service, clean room

Room was clean and nice. Breakfast was just ok. You may need ear plug like me to block noise. Heavy smoking smell in the hall way so I don’t think this is a non-smoking hotel.

We stayed in a twin room. This is our second time staying at this hotel. It's conveniently located, has free breakfast, water dispensers and washing machines. The place is spotless and I highly reccomend it.

We had five travelers staying there. Everyone but our teacher had a good experience. Her single room was bad from day one. That room smelled of smoke from all inside the bathroom and bedroom. She is not a smoker and felt it was horrible that all the towels and bedding smelled of smoke. The front desk either didn’t understand the English to know what she told them or did not care. She waited until the day to air out the room and have it cleaned, but the smoke could still be smelt on the furniture and walls. Maybe the previous guest had smoked in that room? She sprayed here and there with her perfume. IAnyway, the breakfast was fine, but pretty much the same daily. The daytime front desk lady was kind at checkin and pretty much continuously, but the other one seemed grumpy toward us and did not greet us back when we did. The cleaning staff was diligent and friendly but do not speak English. We liked the location and maybe half of us want to return here and will recommend it to our friends. Thank you for a pretty decent and clean experience!

Like: 1)Excellent cleaning crew. 2)Excellent breakfast and breakfast staff. 3)Convenient location to public transportation Dislike: 1)Room very small and very difficult to walk around the bed. 2)Room has one little drawer in the only night stand to use. 3)There is only one electrical outlet available on the coffee stand which has coffee machine and refrigerator plugged in. 4)Very Late check in time @5 pm per policy. 5)$200 NT deposit for the 2nd room card, $1000 NT deposit for iron.

Comfortable

A small room but had what we needed, which was a place to sleep. Located a bit away from most attractions, it is near MRT lines to make the treks easier. A more local feel around the hostel was welcoming. Don’t expect much from this place and we probably won’t stay again. However, it is what is advertised and provides shelter.
