Great hotel. The staff is amazing- helping with anything you need. The breakfast was good and with many variations. The launge was simple. A famous pineapple cookie is located in the hotel.

convenient location to shopping, restaurants and subway, direct bus service to the hotel from Narita Airport, staffs are friendly and helpful, good restaurants in the hotel especially the Teppanyaki restaurant, definitely will stay in this hotel again on my next visit to Tokyo

The location is very convenient. However the room originally says that it can hold 3 persons. Also the room area is too small to hold our luggage as we travelled from North America. Also there is no iron and iron board in the room.
