Refilled water and good space for beds and bathroom. Room smelled like feet but staff was nice and cleans the room asap.

No breakfast, AI service if coming in early. Press the intercom next to the machine to talk to a real person. Nearer to bus stops to come ding and 10 minute walk to dao-something yellow line. Free water. Staff is super on point when cleaning. Always getting fresh towels.

Well organized, comfortable stay

The machine check-in /check out was a love and hate feeling, it was cool and check-in and check out took like a minute, but because there was no one and the front desk there was no one to ask to get info. The room was good, I will say it is a 8/10. We like that they had room service daily without a choice whether you want it or not, and they were quick in and out of the room but got things done. The reason I took 2 points out was that the room was always musty without the AC, and there were some molds in the bathroom wall. Other than that we enjoyed the stay.

Excellent customer service. I left a shirt in the room and they contacted us with a picture of it and a way for me to retrieve it. The location is close to a night market. Good deal for the price.

Great staff and service. Internet can be tricky...

Stayed here for 3 nights. Night 1 - they put me in a small (closet-sized) room with no "city view" - even though I had booked a room that was supposed to have one. The window looked at a blank wall a few inches away! Night 2 - they took me to a 'family room'. A room partitioned into 2, with 2 beds. As a solo traveler - didn't want that. They gave me a SLIGHTLY larger room - a view onto a main noisy street. Day 2 - came back at 5pm after being out all day. Room still had not been cleaned. No breakfast options. Location - MRT is a brisk 15m walk away. A predominantly Taiwanese hood (nothing wrong with that, just saying). No western-styled places to eat. No coffee or breakfast places nearby. One night market is 10m walk away. A smallish (but nice) temple is 10m walk away. Be warned - no toilet paper in the bathrooms. Just a bidet. And a box of tissues - if you are so inclined. Front desk is friendly - speak English well, And want to help. But just being obsequiously polite is not what I want.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was very helpful and provided information in English for us. They also went out of their way to arrange 2 early morning taxis for us (5 people and a ton of luggage to get to the airport).

Very helpful and friendly staffs, the receptionist explained the surrounded sightseeing hot spots and place for breakfast, lunch and dinner once we check in at the counter. One of the receptionist help us to clear the toilet blockage at midnight as we was not aware that the tissue paper cannot throw into Taiwan toilet and have to throw into a dedicated dust bin because the toilet pipe is small. The receptionist also help us to call a Taxi to Airport when they know we haven't arrange transport to Airport. I booked 6 nights stay at this hotel, a very happy & satisfied vacation during my stay.

Nice hotel. Very clean cosy room. Near Da Qiao Tou station. Nice staff.

Facilities provided were just like a mini home - refrigerator, water dispenser, daily cleaning, etc. For family, the location is ideal to make purchases for bread, cookies and fruits through Carrefour, bakery shop and 7 Elevens and night markets. City tour is made easy too as bus stops and MRT stations are within 2 to 15 minute-walk distance.

It's located near the historical part of Taipei. Lots of food choices within walking distance. Nearest Metro is about 10mins walk. Room is clean and cosy although space could be larger.

Service good but window rooms sound proof very bad. Non window room looks small but comfortable.

A pleasent stay with very friendly staff. For instance they went out and bought coffee for me us a didnt liked the coffee in the room. Always polite and assisted whenever needed. Also spoke english. Clean and comfortable room although on the first floor and one window very narrow to the other house.

The staff was welcoming and helpful from the moment we checked in until the moment we left. They helped us determine what activities were available within walking distance and reachable by MRT. The closest MRT station was about 20 minutes walking. They gave us an area map and showed us where to go. They set us up with drivers who took us to tourist attractions. The room was a bit snug but very clean with toiletries. I cannot stress how amazing their staff was!

Pleasantly surprised by this If Inn. The room was comfortable, clean and serviced everyday. the hotel reception is extremely helpful and welcoming. They often go out of their way to find out information for us. Gives us good travel advice and suggested where to visit and best way to travel. Makes our first time visit to Taipei very memorable. Location is close to mrt, night markets, Carrefour, Starbucks, nice bakery and local eateries.

Clean, spacious and easy access to public transport

This is a nice hotel with a great location and outstanding service. I stayed here for a business trip and found out that it is quite convenient to a metro transportation system and several touring points. The regular room is not spacious but enough for 2 people although I traveled alone. Overall this hotel, from the public area to the private room, is clean and neat. With the price I paid, I think it is a great buy for me.

Hotel is conveniently located near the metro stop and local night market. For the price you pay, it can't be beat. The rooms are modern and nicely appointed. Bathroom has full toiletries and a good shower, toilet. The hotel lobby ain't nothing to write home about but don't let them frighten you. The service is top notch and efficient and rooms are spacious and clean. Would definitely stay here again.
