室內通風較差，只能把落地窗全開才有外氣流通，但房間臨社區馬路，時有人聲或車聲，怕吵的話只能把落地窗全關配合開空調，但空調聲音又非常吵，室內機出風的噪音甚大(許多之前的客人也是反應這個問題)。民宿附近就是賽車場，早上約8~9點起就一直有賽車引擎的噪音不斷傳來，而窗外看出去雖是樹林，但其實樹林旁就是大馬路，故夜間也是車輛高速往來的噪音。

事先有告知是住低樓層，到了之後從低樓層臨時換到高樓層，也沒通知! 因為沒電梯對我們造成很大的困擾!早餐是外面早餐店買的..跟預想有點落差!房間蠻小一間，房價偏高，早餐蠻隨便的不太推薦 cp值低，優點是離麗寶真的很近
