Red Dot Hotel

Very convenient with family mart and 7-Eleven right round the corner. Fantastic breakfast. Love the aesthetics. Bed was a little hard compared to the other hotels we stayed at in Taipei, but I guess it is subjective to preferences. Room was also on the dark side, could probably use another lamp by the chair in the corner. For the price, all else considered, it was a good stay.

Fantastic hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. It’s like staying in a museum, with a slide and a relaxation area. Breakfast is not a buffet of dry and boring items, it’s a choice of hot meal, soup and drink. The room was clean and the bed comfortable.

Rooms is clean bed comfortable, staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was great! Walking distance to station, night markets and convenient stores.

Fun place, big comfortable room, great breakfast and super nice staff. So many great details about this place. Filtered water station was really appreciated. And of course the slide! It makes me happy that there’s a hotel that prioritizes fun. Lots to do close by as well. Great value for the price.

The breakfast was amazing. I would pay at a restaurant to eat that spread again! We loved the slide and decor and how playful the design of the hotel was. The rooms are quite dark and we didn’t have any view but it was dead quiet and great for sleeping for a night.

We stayed 2 nights here and enjoyed our stay. It's about 300 to 350 NTD can from the HSR. It was convenient to walk around adn explore. The breakfasts were delicious and the staff were great.

Not the first choice

We enjoyed our stay at the RedDot. The location was great for getting to local sites and the staff were super helpful with local tips and suggestions. We enjoyed using the hotel bikes to ride along the nearby river. There is a cool bar attached to the hotel (Shu) and a great coffee place around the corner (Kanau Coffee.)

That would be perfect if hotel can provide the lotion in room

The staffs are helpful, but the room is full with lots of length and a little dusty.

Good location, comfortable but the room is pretty small. They will charged extra for late check-out which i think this is not nexeasary if extend for 30 mins to 1 hour

Nice boutique hotel. Simple, clean and stylish. The speakeasy next door pours great craft cocktails. Proximity to a night market is a definite bonus for a quick bite. The only two negatives for me were that the breakfast was a set menu that only changes every other month. If on an extended stay this can get tedious. Food was very tasty. The second was that there wasn't laundry service. Again for a long stay this will force you to find a place. The font desk didn't have any suggestions other than a coin op place around the block. I would recommend this hotel, great for the price.
