location was great - near to buses that will take you all over and shops. The only thing that bothered me a bit was the all-in-one wet bathroom/shower but ok for a two-night stay. The folks at Reception were super-polite and helpful. Free coffee (not bad!) and snacks downstairs. Would stay again for a short, solo break.

First of all, the cost is very reasonable. It has everything necessary for a business trip. The staff are very friendly and helped me specifically with things like arranging laundry services.

The staff is really polite and explains everything really well. The room I stayed in was clean and comfortable. The only thing, since I was in first floor I could hear some noises, I think it was the cleaning service cleaning other rooms. Overall the experience was very good and I recommend!

Stayed 6 nights with my mum. Front desk staff were professional and helpful with various requests. Disappointed that they do not have anti-slip mat for the toilet floor as it can get quite slippery sometimes. My mum (in her 70s) slipped a couple of times. The room and toilet lighting was pretty dim, making it difficult to put on makeup. The cleaning staff was very helpful and accommodating when we requested for extra towels. However, we noticed that the carpet was not vacuumed daily. The twin room was very small, unable to have a 28” suitcase remain in open position at all. The toilet wall was made of opaque glass which provides little privacy when using the toilet. You could see almost everything that went on in the toilet. The walls were pretty thin as we could hear noises from next door when someone talked loudly or used the toilet. The hotel provided free bottled water and coffee at lobby area. To the left of the hotel at the end of the lane, there was a local shop selling beef noodle soup, dumpling, etc. They were pretty tasty and affordable. 7-11 & Family Mart were also within walking distance. There was also a coin-operated laundry shop just opposite the dumpling shop. As the hotel’s porch did not have an extended sheltered area, you might get wet on a rainy day getting from the taxi to the lobby.
