主人非常親切，房間雖然小了點，但以價格來說非常經濟實惠，而且提供的洗衣機也維護得很乾淨，距離恆春或墾丁多數景點的車程也不遠(約10~20分鐘)

民宿owner位於一樓，房間隔音效果不錯，入住當天滿房但是沒聽到房客噪音；民宿是連排透天，附近有不少住家改成民宿攬客模式，相當競爭。民宿位置位在住宅區內，步行至恆春大街約15分鐘，民宿沒有什麼特別的地方，owner也沒有特別的熱情，民宿訴求主要以過夜為主
