Very convenient location. Although the hotel is old but the room is clean, spacious and comfortable. Service staff is polite. There is a common room provides space for guests to reheating food making beverages and socializing. Great location, but old and dated hotel, especially the bathroom which has old tiles and dirty grout. In the last 2 days our room leaked so we requested to have us moved to a new room. The new room’s shower was better but overall the stay was less than desirable.

The Z2 MTR Exit of the Taipei Station is right outside the building entrance, and the Shin Kong Mitsukoshi is in the same block, there are plenty of dining options to choose from on B1 floor of the department store or the local stores from the street 1 block south.

The room was clean and needed some maintenance. Cracks in the walls in the bathroom, the door to the hallway had many rust spots. Amenities were sparse. There were tea bags with the water heater but no sugar. The heat worked well. I think I left a shirt behind and I need to contact Sky to see if they can send it to me.
