1.公共衛浴設備唷，有點像是游泳池的那種隔間，有大間跟小間的；大的旁邊就是馬桶或是小便斗，小間的就稍微比游泳池的隔間再小一點。一樓跟地下室都有各三間，所以如果要上廁所遇到有人在盥洗就多了一次機會，但還是不太方便啦！2.老闆老闆娘親切和善、人非常nice感受的到主人對旅客服務的熱忱。3.環境大致上算整潔，室內需換室內拖鞋，撇開公共空間的話雙人房真的稍微小了點。4.隔音效果很差，許多隔間都是用空心的木板隔出來，所以容易打擾到別人也容易被打擾，這就是有點扣分的原因。5.早餐是口感不錯的三明治、豆漿也不會太甜，供餐時間08:00-10:00，我們睡過頭老闆娘也有體貼的幫我們留下兩份三明治。6.離捷運站有一小段距離、公車較為方便唷！
