The Deer Resort

We originally booked this hotel because of it's pet friendly policies but after contacting them after booking we were told that the room we booked wasn't available for pets, so the re-accommodated us to one that was, no problem there. When we arrived, the main hotel building looked modern and comfortable, but our room was across the road in a more rustic log cabin area. The rooms were fine and the bedding comfortable but it had a "school camp" feel too the cabins. We skipped breakfast on the first morning, which turned out to be a mistake. The hotel wasn't that full on the first night, but on the second night there were many more people staying so that the breakfast the following morning was crowded and the food was always empty. Overall the stay was pleasant and there aren't always a lot of options for pet friendly properties so we were happy that this one was flexible enough to accomodate.

房間有霉味，廁所、浴室、房間的角落清潔度不佳

整體都不錯

一開始給予的客房，不甚滿意 經過與櫃檯反映，櫃台也立即做更換客房的動作 令人滿意

辦理入住一直在空等非常浪費時間，晚上的跨年煙火還不錯，但是房間屋頂角落有蜘蛛網沒有清掃乾淨。

還可以，就老飯店一般的感覺，比起日月潭飆漲的房價，還算合理。為何字數要有限制啊！奇怪奇怪奇怪奇怪奇怪

超大床，溫馨小木屋，空間大，住宿非常舒適 很適合一家五口 還有庭院可讓小孩盪鞦韆，玩翹翹板等 不只家庭，也適合大群朋友同遊入住

沒有加床服務，加人要多$800，只多附一個枕頭還一套盥洗用具

早餐不好、餐具不足

算是蠻中庸的飯店

沐浴冷熱水，水溫不定，可能連續假期，所以柜臺動線不明⋯不知道到底要排怎麼樣，其它都很不錯，下次還是會考慮住這裡

累了想要好好好休息卻是關門聲超大 ，早餐好像很不怎樣，服務一般般基本型 ，不過距離市區近卻是很方便 ，至少能節省很多費用 。

沒第四台 床不舒適

不是很好～ 實際感受沒有很貼切 服務有些冷冰冰，熱水供應系統不夠完善～ 下次應該不會考慮入住了😓

這麼多人入住，早餐善待改進⋯實在是太雷了⋯⋯ 其他的部分普普通通舊舊的，但不至於不舒服。

隔音設備有點差，其餘的還可以

訂購四人房及兩人房各一間，四人房房門鎖故障要求更換房間與兩人房在一起，並未告知房間有升等是親子房所以不願退四人房差額，推說房門可以修是我自己要求更換房間的，換到的親子房床單不乾淨地毯上有很多棉絮，當場請他清潔了15分鐘，廁所排水有問題洗澡淹水到腳踝，早餐總類很少麵包只有吐司跟花生醬巧克力醬，餐廳有死蟑螂，整體設備都很老舊，如果之前評價人有提到的話我不會訂此飯店，不推薦住宿
