The staff at this hotel were outstanding. The Manager allowed a late check out. The front desk and breakfast attendants were very attentive and friendly. We loved the geothermal pool on the top floor.

Even though the building condition is outdated, they provided exceptional good services they tried to accomplish all customers need. The breakfast buffet provided on the weekend was so good. Forgot to mention that the bathtub was so big and hot spring water was provided, so that my wife and me can enjoy hot spring without leaving our room. The bed in our room was frim and we like it I think this hot spring hotel provided excellent value for all travellers who do mind to stay in outdated hotel，but good breakfast and excellence servicea.

The staff were very friendly and offered us help whenever we needed it. The room was big, with a big onsen for hot spring spa. Thete was a sofa inside the room with a king sized bed. The spa pools on the top floor offered us another choice if you wanted to have a romantic holiday with your partner or spouse.

the location is amazing. less than 5 min walk from Jiaoxi bus station and less than 10 from Jiaoxi train station. It is a little out-date but still kept clean and comfy. the roof top hot spring spa is exceptionally good which is worth the money. Breakfast is good with local varieties. Is a little more than an hour walk to the famous WufengChi Waterfall.

From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel so welcome. Always joking and smiling with me, they couldn't have been more helpful. The staff spoke English quite well. There was a decent variety of food for the breakfast buffet. The room was clean and large and the hot spring tub in the room was enjoyable. Would certainly stay here again.

建物が古いので部屋も多少の傷みがありますが、スタッフのホスピタリティが素晴らしかったです。部屋の浴室は温泉が出て、石造りの浴槽でした。換気がイマイチなので部屋の中に湿気がたまります。朝食は中華風が中心ですがパンやサラダもありますので日本人には口に合わないことはないと思います。台北から来るバスターミナルも近く、台鉄駅も近いので宜蘭や羅東などへも日帰り旅行ができます。水着着用の大浴場もあるようですが利用していません。

古いホテルでバス、トイレの設備は悪く、眺望は望めませんでしたが、部屋とベッドが広かった。写真にある屋上の露天風呂は、水着着用との事で使わなかったが、近くの温泉公園に森林風呂があり、バスターミナルにも台鉄駅にも近く、交通の便は良い。
