The hotel management asked if they could come in and measure my room for planned renovation, to which I agreed. However, I would like to point out how inappropriate that was, especially during a worldwide pandemic.

The property itself was cute and clean. The only dislike was getting into the building was a bit confusing for a foreigner. It was hard to understand which button to push, and pushing the buttons did not gain us access. We had to wait until someone came outside in order to enter. The instructions could be better on this. Outside of that, great and walkable! It was in a good location that made walking around to food and nearby shops easy!

A very pleasant stay at Urtrip. The location is excellent and it is only 8’ walk from MRT station. Many eateries around the hotel and a Family Mart downstairs. The front desk crew was excellent, they were always ready to help and offerred any assistance with their full heart. The housekeeping was also as good, made the room freshly clean every day. The room I picked is small but is enough for one single person to say without any problem. If it is possible, select the room with window so you know whether you need to bring an umbrella or not.

Good location but be aware that it is a 5-10 min. walk to the nearest station. Walls are quiet thin so that may bother some people who prefer to not hear other hotel guests. Hotel is on a single floor on a building that is next to the cinema building.

The room was small but cosy. The room space was overall sufficient. The staff were very friendly and were able to help with all inquiries. The wall was however quite thin and due to this, late in the night, the sounds of televisions and music from other rooms were sometimes heard. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would re-consider coming back in the future.
