Gross. Noisy. Cockroaches

Great location, excellent staff

Stay was just ok for the price. There were large scary looking cracks in the walls (earthquake damage?) and the bathroom windows looked right out to a construction site with workers level to the window and just meters away. When we stored our bags before check in they had us put them in a dirty corner just inside the main door to the street, even though they have a huge second reception and cafe area upstairs on the third floor. There was something chirping in the room (dead battery in the smoke detector maybe?), and so many things (light switches, random leds on things) that shone bright blue and red light in the room when trying to sleep. Oh and pro-tip, the “do not disturb” sign is electronic and only works if a key is left in the power slot, so leave a key behind if you don’t want housekeeping in your room while you’re away. Cleanliness was superficial with all corners and non-obvious surfaces covered in dust and hair. The “gym” is just a treadmill and elliptical trainer in a low ceiling, dusty, cramped room they seem to use to store a lot of old computers. Overall it felt decently safe, location was ok, and the vibe was pretty peaceful, but there’s better value for money in Taipei to be found.

The bathroom is so big which makes our room a bit small in the total size. No toothbrush is provided so please be aware to prepare yourself. Comfy bed and no noise. Good to stay.

Location is ok, 10min walk to subway station, area is very safe, walk distance to night market and dry food market. Hotel rooms are share with residential at different level. Have fairly large room on top level,

Convenient, good location, staff friendly and helpful.

The location is ok, near to NingXia night market. Can walk to Taipei Main station or Zhongshan station. Check in was quick n easy. Staff was friendly. The room was ok only. Small room, no space for luggage. Bathroom was big but the shower head needed to change. Bathroom tiles were cracked. For the price I paid, I will not come back.

The room was dirty. Hand held shower only as shower head wouldn't stay in place and since the shower door pulls out, you can't put shower mat.

I liked the bathroom. Specially the warm bidet. It was clean despite it being an older hotel. Staff were very friendly and polite. Their professional attitude made up for what the hotel lacked.

Nice stay

It might be because of the holiday period, it's not worth 1/3 of the cost I paid for the room. Location is okay but the building was horrible, hallway and room had strong deodorant smell, perhaps from carpet cleaning chemicals

Everything is perfect except the smell of cigarettes’smoke is so strong that we cannot sleep.

It had a hot tub, a bit small but it was good to use after a long day. The property is a bit older but the staff really was nice and the housekeeping excellent. No tipping in Taiwan but I wanted to leave the housekeeper something but after researching, this is not advised as they might take it the wrong way.

Hotel room was in very good condition. It had a large bathroom with a hot tub. Daily housekeeping was good, and so was the reception team. There was also a washer and dryer in the hotel which was free to use. Location was very walkable. Overall a great stay!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it didn’t meet expectations. The building is quite old, and the cleanliness left something to be desired, with an unpleasant smell in the room and the hallway . The TV was difficult to operate, and there were no instructions provided. To make matters worse, the remote control had no batteries. Overall, I was disappointed with the experience and feel improvements are needed to bring it up to standard.

Shared with hotels in same building. It is cleanliness inside the hotel floors.
