Next door to train station. Nice breakfast buffet included. Self service laundry is a plus (drying has cost but washing is free with detergent provided. Room is good. Bathroom can use some hooks for clean and/or dirty cloth.

Good location. Very close to station. Breakfast is almost the same everyday. It is recommended to change the choices of food, so we can have more variety if we stay for a week or more. Kids love the hotel.

Hotel location is good. Next to Kaohsiung Train and MRT station. Room decor looks OLD. My room, the Walls have alot of crack lines. I have to fight and kill mosquitos during my 3 night stays. We were given a accessibility room which we did not request and worse of all it's beside a smoking access door. Throughout the stay there are so many ppl opening that door which we can hear and they don't bother to closed!

The staff is very helpful . And very convenient to all and near to Kaoshiung station ( MRT ) and a lot. Of boutique store near to the watermark hotel Kaoshiung station.

Close proximity to Kaohsiung metro station, nearby 7-11 and a local night market. Hotel looks new and clean. Breakfast is simple typical Taiwan style, the braised meat is must try , very very fragrant . Free use of washing machine but dryer need to pay (20NTD) 30 mins. Definitely recommended to stay here for the convenience. Take the loft room something special for the kids.

Hotel is just next to the TRA/Metro station. Very convenient. Breakfast that was included although limited in variety was good.

The place is very near to the Kaohsiung train station, very convenient to walk there with big luggage. We have 2 connected rooms so good for 3 of us with 2 toilets. Service was polite and we called to informed them as the flight was delayed at Taipei so we also missed the HSR but they was grateful to wait. There is a 7-11 store nearby so very convenient. Breakfast selections are limited but good enough for the price that we paid. Laundry is free with powder provided, only need to pay for dryer but is very cheap. Was deciding between Kaohsiung station or Formosa boulevard station hotels, glad that I made the right decision on this hotel. Will definitely stay here again if I visit Kaohsiung again.

This hotel had a great location! It was right on top of the Kaohsiung train station. We really liked our loft, it had so much space and was clean. However, the bathroom is a little outdated. We were worried about the construction happening at the train station but luckily they stopped at night. My only gripe is that check in time is quite late and we had to log into the free wifi every single time we would leave the room.

Modern and clean hotel. Comes with free Taiwanese breakfast with some western food items. The room is moderately spacious. Because of Taiwanese laws, only essential amenities are provided like shampoo. conditioner, body wash, and soap. Location is convenient as it is a few minutes walk from the Kaohsiung station. Check-in is a bit interesting. They have a self check-in and check-out electronic kiosk, but they do insist in helping and guiding you through the check-in process--at this point, why not use the front desk? Besides that, everything was fine.

Easy parking, good location for local night markets and very nice hotel overall. I would recommend to anyone.

Hotel was very clean and organized. Staff was friendly and very nice - they kept our luggage until check-in time. Breakfast food was good.

Pretty good value for money. Room was nice, bathroom nice with good shower pressure. Bath tub was very small though. But other than that very close to the train station. Overall honestly value for money
