Ximen Citizen Hotel

Had a excellent stay here. I stay at Ximun often and try different hotels. This is definitely one that I would recommend for location, convenience, sincere hospitality, and awesome price. First the walk to location from Ximun subway exit was pretty much a straight line, no zigzagging. Then provided me with a larger room as it was available. Hospitality was amazing..110%. I left the room late in the afternoon and was already passed room cleaning time, but as I walked by their staff their staff greeted me and still asked if I would like my room to be cleaned. Everyday, they provided extra fresh clean towels on a stand in the hallway for you if you just needed fresh towels. Then, when I checked out, I forgot some refrigerated gift items in the refrigerator , and the staffs, instead of just throwing it away they contacted me about them and held them for me. Now that is extraordinary services. I have to give them my applause and gratitude. Room was clean and spacious and restroom was also decent size with strong hot water showers. There are 2 convenient stores right outside the hotel and one of the best noodle restaurants that even opens late into the night.

The room was clean, the staff were helpful. The location was ideal for our needs. Near where the shopping is, best street foods, evening fun for all ages, etc.

Windowless room (our choice), but not a problem. Good size room, nice bathroom & shower, comfortable beds. Helpful, friendly staff. Great area!
