Staying at the Golden Tulip was fantastic. Historic charm, delightful staff, delicious food. It is an old hotel that was much more grand in yesterday year. While aged, it could use a few upgrades (my bed was a bit lumpy) but all in all, charming and convenient and well worth the price.

This property is very scenic and staff is very helpful. A large area kept very clean and maintained. Pool is very well located and garden is nice. Breakfast is good with changing items daily.
The property has two issues. The WiFi is not good in the rooms and is not reliable overall. The sound of room air conditioning in the room is on higher side.

They should replace the bathtub not safe for the elderly and aged. Have lifts that one can use to access the second floor. They should not be overwhelmed to serve clients during breakfast when they are hosting a big crowd, ensure that plates and cutlery are in constant supply.

We loved our stay and would gladly come back. The property is beautiful! The staff were friendly and helpful- we slept through dinner and were served a delicious fresh cooked meal in the middle of the night by room service with a smile! The pool area is perfect place to spend the day. Walking distance to coco beach . Transportation was easy to catch from the hotel. Breakfast served daily was fresh and delicious with many options. The property has amazing views and beyond imaginable pathetic service. Except house keeping staff, every other staff I encountered was below par professional and hungry for some. Customer Experience doesn’t exist in this hotel. For a premium they charge, you only want to get out of this property and let people know the actual state.
