มาพักที่นี่บ่อย เพราะสะอาด ปลอดภัย ใกล้ MRT แต่ควรปรับปรุงเรื่องความใส่ใจรายละเอียดลูกค้ามากกว่านี้ ล่าสุดพัก 2 คืน เราไม่กินกาแฟ ที่นั่นไม่มีให้เปลี่ยน ไม่มีไม่ว่าทำน้ำเสียงไม่ดี แถมพนักงานโทรขึ้นมาให้เช็คเอาท์คิดว่าพักคืนเดียวทั้งๆ ที่จองไป 2 คืน ควรปรับปรุง มันแสดงถึงความไม่ใส่ใจลูกค้า

พนักงานหน้าเค้าท์เตอร์ทั้งช่วงเช้าตอนเข็คอิน ไม่ค่อยมีใจบริการ ถามคำตอบคำ และพรักงานเค้าท์เตอร์ช่วงกลางคืน พูดจาไม่ดีหลับหลังลูกค้า ยังไม่ทันเจ้าลิฟท์เลย ได้ยินหมดพูดว่าลูกค้าอะไรบ้าง แค่ถามว่าชั้นไหนแค่นี้เอง ถามเพื่อความชัวร์ว่าชั้นไหน มันเป็นปัญหามากนักหรอ ไม่เข้าใจ👎🏻 ห้องพักได้ห้องแอร์รั่ว ตื่นมาน้ำเจิงนองเต็มพื้นต้องรียหาผ้ามาเช็ด มาซับน้ำ เพราะน้ำแอี์หยดลงมาทั้งคืน ตื่นมาถึงรู้ว่าน้ำแอร์รั่ว🙄 ขอมาพักแค่ครั้งนี้ครั้งเดียวพอ เป็นประสบการณ์ ที่ไม่น่าจดจำ😑

The rooms are comfortable and spacious. Located near the MRT train and near the mall, convenient transportation. But unfortunately the curtains don't block out much light. When I woke up in the morning, there was light coming into the room. Can't sleep well The housekeeper is not very interested in cleaning. Stayed for three days and the maid came to clean. Just give it one day. Not changing towels The day I came to make the room, I forgot to put a towel in the bathroom. When we dirty the laundry The hotel came to collect 600 baht from us, but that day we checked out at 7 a.m. and the front desk staff didn't check the room so they let us check out and return the deposit. But we gave our friend a room that had been booked with a different booking and will have her friend compensate 600 baht, so we said we couldn't. We were able to charge our friend because we made different bookings. Another thing is that it is the hotel's fault for not checking the room completely before the customer checks out. And the housekeeper had a mistake because she didn't give us a towel.

The cleanliness of the accommodation is very good. The atmosphere in the accommodation area is shady. Convenient transportation, even though it's in an alley, it's not very far. The price is reasonable. But I'd like to adjust the check-in time a little earlier, 10:00 a.m. is good.

Awesome hotel in the heart of busy Bang Wa but it feels so serene, only location is far from the main attractions you need to spend 1 hours or more just to reach Siam Paragon. And internet very very slow.
