Immaculate from lobby to lift. Spotless rooms. Fresh, bright hallways. The standards are remarkably high. The staff look the part and act the part. Smart uniforms, warm welcomes, attentive service. Every area is constantly being cleaned. This is a hotel that takes hospitality seriously. Location is ideal for a quieter Bangkok base. A few steps from the Airport Rail Link at Ramkhamhaeng, yet tucked away in a peaceful soi. The moment you turn off the main road, the noise and chaos fade. The neighbourhood, with its Muslim community influence, feels calm, respectful, and authentic. I worked comfortably from my room all day with no interruptions. Food is ordered by QR code from the desk. Pricing is almost street food level, only 10 or 20 baht more, and the quality is excellent. No inflated hotel rates, just honest, well-made food. Comfort, cleanliness, silence, service, and value. Five stars, easily. A standout choice on every level for Bangkok. Whoever owns this property cares about people before profit, and that's not often the case in Thailand. The owner of this property not only cares about their customers, but they also care about their staff. Staff were all very friendly, and all got on well as a team, and seemed to be enjoying their workday which was great to see and again not something you see too often here.

The services and facilities are not yet as they should be. Since I checked in, I've been disappointed with many aspects of my stay. First, the photos shown on the website do not match reality. I'm not sure who is at fault here, but I reported the issue to the front desk staff. However, all I received was a response saying, “Noted,” with no action taken to resolve the problem. I had to let time pass and eventually took it upon myself to contact the booking website's customer service. This was on top of an already busy schedule for my business trip, and the added stress over accommodation made things even worse. This experience was so frustrating that I had to cancel my second booking and have decided never to stay here again. It's impossible for me to feel happy or comfortable staying at this place.

Receptionis is friendly, location is good, breakfast is delicious.

Booked through Travel, single bed room. When I arrived at the hotel, I got a double bed. The hotel informed me that Travel sent me this information. The format I booked and paid for was higher. The room I booked had a bathtub, but the room I received was very different. Not okay at all. Fortunately, the staff provided good service.
