Kamers met zeezicht zijn fantastisch. Erg genoten van het uitzicht op soms wat regenachtige dagen. Het geluid die je wat hebt langs te straatkant neem je er met gemak bij. Het heeft in ieder geval met nachtrust niet verstoord. Het is een sprong naar het strand en onderweg neem je een lekkere koffie van de Anda Coffee Bar mee. Bedden liggen wat hard, maar ieder heeft daarin zijn voorkeuren.

On all nights but one, our door was left not just unlocked, but OPEN by the maid. The first time it happened, we left a tip next to a note reminding them to lock the door... it was left open yet again and the TIP WAS GONE! Furthermore, we had to deal with 2 cockroaches in our bathroom that we learned had come from the sink's drain. Stay in Kata for more to do, this spot is only nice if the beach is all you need.

We took the public bus from Phuket airport to Karon, bus drop off not far from the hotel easy walk. The Hotel is right across from the beach. The room was spacious and clean everything worked.Free wifi tended to drop off intermittently staff were good.Lots of food places close by, as were massage places and market stalls. I would stay again.

The hotel is pretty good for people who wish to spend time at the beach as it is along the Karon beach. The room was clean and tidy. If you are in a search of a budget friendly place to stay at the beach side, then I would recommend this place. Only downside I can think of is they don’t have laundry service.

Pros: Location was good! Right in front of Karon Beach. They have balcony where u can smoke and enjoy the beach view. The aircon was cold. Cons: Bed was hard. Didn't like it. Room was facing the sea but the noise traffic is 24/7. Pillows are limited 1 for 1. Can't even request for more. Shower water pressure wasn't strong. I didn't like the structure of the interior building. It was oddly made which I don't understand the design. Reception staffs are not friendly and they will charge you late check out even if you want to check out one hour later. Which other hotels does not charge it.

Everything was great. Very clean and modern room. Staff was always helpful and they are sincere. The beach is very beautiful and you only acrros the street on a few steps. Rooftop pool is also nice. They provide towels for pool and beach. I would absolutely stay there again.

Anda tried to put me in a suite 4 floors up and no elevator, just recovering from knee injury, so not going to happen. Anda front desk accommodated me by upgrading me, at no charge, and moved me to the main building with elevator...nice. The cleaning staff do a great job, breakfast is limited but tasty. The location is the key, u just can’t get a better spot at that price, beach across the street, perfect!

The junior suite was very comfortable. But it was facing the road and there was a lot of traffic noise. Most of the small trucks that serve as local taxis have big stereo speakers and when those guys park nearby late at night to turn up the music it is hard to get a peaceful rest. Not much the hotel can do about that. The bed was cozy, the A/C worked great (in both rooms) and the bathroom was great. The balcony overlooking the street was nice and it's possible to see a bit of the ocean through the trees on the beach. Other than the traffic noise Karon is pretty quiet. Hotel is well-located for an easy walk to a lot of restaurants and right across the street from the beach. Not a bad place to stay if you get a good price on the room.

Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. Staff is always smiling, helpful, welcoming and polite. Room is clean, spacious, furnitures are new and air conditioning is in perfect working order. Bathroom is clean and spacious, the only issue is the shower pressure and I think it should be increased. Overall an excellent experience

This hotel stay actually started off very good we got into our room which was very nice and obviously newly renovated. On the third day of our stay a very very strong smell was coming through our vent (smelled like chemicals or something toxic) we left the windows open for about an hour to air the room out. The smell returned very strong again (this smell was actually starting to make us feel sick and gave us chest pains like a heavy feeling) so we told the front desk politely that we would like to change rooms and that we would pay whatever to get another room. A very ignorant staff member came to smell our room and rudely said "i dont smell anything". They said there were no other rooms available (This was a lie as I looked online and found some just minutes after) and they told us in an extremely arrogant way to "spray some febreze". We checked out immediately and booked a room at a different hotel.

We booked 4 nights at this hotel, but tried to check out within the first hour, they place moth balls in their rooms and the smell becomes unbearable given some rooms have no windows, we tried to cancel but the person in charge refused to refund us all nights, he offered a “better” room which had several moth balls as well, after going for a 2 hour walk and leaving the window open, the smell went away, the next morning when I tried to take a shower I had to do it sitting down bc the handle was broken, maintenance repaired it in the afternoon, must add that we stayed on the older building, breakfast was included but was a true disappointment....extremely poor selection, ended up eating cereal the last 2 days..... having said this the hotel’s location is unbeaten!
