In the middle of Chiang Mai city near shopping centers There is parking and restaurants nearby. There is an adjoining pub. The noise is not very loud, the room is clean, but the water from the shower room seeps from the door and the pipe under the sink, the water is leaking.

Close to Maya mall Near Nimman Road, near Chiang Mai University, near everything. Close to the hotel, is a chill shop, good atmosphere and music, do not disturb into the hotel at all. Very quiet and clean, slept comfortably. The bathroom uses a fragrant bag of karmakarmet. Very fragrant.

Very good location, next to Maya Mall and One Nimman. Pros : Room is small, but clean and comfy, staffs are friendly, check-in and check-out was quick and smooth. Conts : Not recommended for elderly since there's no elevator in the hotel. Breakfast has very limited selection. But overall, it was a pleasant stay and worth the price.

Overall was good. Great location. 1 min walk to Maya Mall, 5 mins walk to One Nimman. Club was across the hotel. So, if you are a light sleeper, should bring earplug with you. Besides that it was good value for staying for a night included breakfast.
