Thank you for your stay. Sorry that we don't have toothbrush and toothpaste service. We will only have soap and shampoo. Small towels and hair dryers As stated on the web page. Customers can buy toothbrushes and toothpaste at Convenience stores, 2 minutes walk. The food section, convenience stores, 2 minutes walk and restaurants 5 minutes walk. Sorry, the accommodation does not have food service as well.

I have stayed here like 4 times already and every time I smoke at balcony and never have a problem. But this time I also smoke at balcony and they claim that there is smoked smelled in the room and fined me. I don't feel fair for this fined and feel I was treated unfairly because according to the rules they only require to not smoke in the room and I have no intention to let the smell went to the room. But they still fine me. This will be my last time here.

Dear customer, We have to apologized you for this unsatisfied case, regarding to smoking rules we are quite compromised although the fine is been shown in the room, check in form, front desk and the bathroom. However the accommodation are compromised of the smoking case, but the fellow customers mostly requested to change the room of the smoking smell, and the accommodation did not have choice so we cannot use that smelled room for any customers to stay on that night. The hotel took my identity card and the hotel should be responsible for returning it to me when they return my room deposit. But he said it was my fault that I forgot it at the hotel itself. By the rules of most hotels it is not possible to hold a customer 's ID card, but can copy it.

Like the old apartment, new renovate The water flows very light.
