Property has a very nice layout, providing all rooms with a view to the patio and sometimes a balcony.
Every one at the property was very nice, polite and helpful. The rooms were very spacious and complete with TV, vanity and others.
The breakfast was amazing and very complete! It is not a buffet, rather you pick the options from the menu (consisting on drinks, fruits and types of eggs).

Had a super stay there it was so very convenient for everything clean and comfortable. Breakfast kept me going for hours nice staff. It would be selfish of me but it would have been nice for more English understanding thanks everyone they all worked hard

What let’s hotel down is it’s price which is expensive for what it is
Also WiFi is very weak and not able to connect in room only connection was sitting outside of reception or better still go to the Irish bar outside
I informed staff of this twice but didn’t appeared to be bothered
Would I stay again.....nope much better places nearby for half the price

We stayed at this hotel one night. It was great. A short walk to the beach, a couple minutes to the main nightlife spot in Patong. The hotel itself is a nice 3-Star, with very nice and attentive staff. The staff arranged our ferry transfer to Ko Phi Phi for us, and a transfer to the airport at the end of our trip. The included breakfast was great too, and exceeded our expectations for sure. Great value for the price - we’d stay here again.

Great spot to stay in Patong if you don't want to be bombarded with the busyness all the time but still want immediate access to the nightlife, the food, etc. it's down a little alley so you can escape the craziness of the city but of course it's right on the beach so you can jump right back into it when you need to. Room was clean and nicely decorated and generally comfortable. Staff were friendly too. Only little thing I have to mention is frequent power surges that did only last like one second but still it was a bit strange. Nonetheless, of definitely recommend this hotel for anyone!

Staff at restaurant were very friendly, but the lady at the mini-mart beside reception was quite rude.
The room was clean and comfortable, however we had to contact reception as the shower water did not drain away. Their remedy was to remove the grill from the top of it and leave it off. (Did the trick).
Very good location and close to beach, bangla rd, shopping Centre..... and the many many restaurants.
The breakfast menu included in room rate was very small with very limited options.

In total was very good for the money i paid.
I changed my room to deluxe one with little kitchen so it was bigger, staff friendly,not fluent in English.

Surprisingly quiet location.Value for money. Aircon wasnt the best in my room but it had a rotating ceiling fan too.
