This hotel was in great condition. The room was spacious, linens were clean and the view was unbeatable from the top floor. Location was on a quiet alley but right on the main road so you have access to everything. Food from the restaurant was delicious and they brought it upstairs for me to eat in my room. Wifi worked perfectly. Would definitely come back.

Very impressed with standard of rooms and fresh bed linen. Centrally located. Ten mins walk from pier. Close to both beaches either side of pier and many restaurants. We ate breakfast and lunch there which was nice. Lunch was delicious. Staff friendly if you remember to smile at them. Amazing view of mountains and sea from room 10. Memorable stay. Thankyou.

The room was quite nice and clean. Cheap nightly rate got our attention but you get what you pay for. Hotel staff weren't rude but weren't overly helpful. No breakfast was available for purchase despite having being advertised as so. The shower didn't drain properly so you quickly found yourself standing in an inch of water. This was a place we could comfortably sleep, no more or less than that.

The hotel has no restaurant or swimming pool but the beach was a 15 minute walk away and restaurant/bars/shops were a 2 minute walk away. It's a short walk up the hill from the main pier so need for a taxi when you arrive on the island.

It was roomy and the balcony was its best feature. There wasn't an in room safe but safe area overall. It's a 10-15 walk up to the beach area which had a few incline hill. The bathroom is all black and dark but cool looking. Close to scuba dive and close to a few massage shop. Also close to the pier. Upon arriving we pulled out giant suitcases up an incline hill for about ten minutes but taxi is not necessary.

Hotel was located a short walk from the pier, so if coming by ferry, a very convenient location.
Room was nice and big, and the bathroom was clean. You have to pay extra for air conditioning which we hadn't realised, but you do get a ceiling fan in the room to help keep cool.

Spent 6 nights here in July and was very impressed. About 5 mins walk from the pier and central to basically everything in that area. About a 5-10 min taxi drive to Sairee Beach (where most of the clubs and beach parties are). Away from music noise at night which can be a problem in some parts of Sairee Beach. Staff were good, happy to help with anything like organising scooters etc. Would recommend if your looking to stay in a quiet area but still be central to everything.

Stayed for a night before finding a dive resort. Everything was pretty good, though accommodation standards are generally high on the island. Location is good for the boat launches, but away from a lot of the dive school action on Sairee Beach. Short walk though, so not a real problem.

One relatively new and one very new three story building. Nice hotel and easily accessible. However, you should easily find accomodation on the beach for the same price. Even if you have to spend more, staying here seems a bit of a waste of the beauty of the shore

Easy to find from the pier and walking distance to Sairee, also can make a day of it walking to shark bay for snorkling. Our room was a bit tired and te bathroom smelt like urine which wasa bit bizzare as it was a wet shower. You're on Koh Tao so you won't spend much time in your room anyway!

Rooms are lovely, very big, comfy bed, with nice bathroom & shower! Could not fault the room also had very good aircon. The staff were also helpful and friendly. For us the location was good because we rent scooters so it was a 5 min drive max. However its a 15/20 min walk, and taxi's are expensive on the island. The hotel also has good wifi in all rooms.
The only annoying downfall for us was the noise! Although its in a quiet area, there is building work on the hotel that start at 8am every morning and finish at 6 so it was constantly noisy, with banging and drilling, plus the walls are paper thin so you can hear people next door......
Luckily we brought earplugs so that did help!
