We arrived in the afternoon at the hotel and we were amazed how friendly the staff were and even more with the ice cold drink and refreshing cold towel on a very hot day in Thailand. The room itself was almost perfect , just needed a paint here and there. The shower was hot so no complaints in the morning .views are stunning from the sea view balconies and perfect for some quiet time . Free shuttle to theend of the road, then hop on a tuk tuk .great stay happy to leave good feed back .

Close to many restaurants and shops. What I didn’t like was we went into the hotel and there was a sign redirecting you to the hotel next door to check in. Once checked in you had to walk back to the original hotel for your room. After a long drive this was the last thing I wanted to do.

I stayed at the hotel for 16 nights at a superior seaview room (511). My overall experience could be rated at 8/10 The hotel has a problem with staff shortages for the cleaning of rooms each day which does not allow enough time for the remaining staff member to fully clean the room each day. (time restraints) The wifi in my room only worked 20% of the time and I had to mostly go to the lobby to get adequate reception. The breakfast was good and there was plenty of various choices of food available some of which changed every couple of days. The staff are all very helpful and I would certainly return there again.This was my fourth stay at this hotel.

I was very happy with my stay. The room was big with large fridge, sink and micro wave and safe. Staff were excellent. Buffet breakfast, which was served at Best Bella next door was excellent. Shuttle service to Dolphin Roundabout was also very good.Shower wos over bath, but plenty of hot water. The only negative was wardrobe space very limited. Only big enough for one. No umbrella's round pool.

I HADVERY NICE ROOM ON HIGHER FLOOR VERY BIG ROOM WITH KITCHEN NICE BATHROOM SHOWER AND BATH. BIG BALCONY WITH SEA WIEW. A VERY LARGE ROOM WITH TV BIG DOUBLE BED LOAD FURNITURE. Great breakfasts, really great! Quite near to the beautiful beach - the beginning of Wongamat is around 10 minutes walk. Rooms are rather comfortable but very very dirty! The first day I was promised to get a proper cleaning but a cleaning lady is very lasy and nobody cares! For two weeks we had a used condom wrap under the bed and someones hairs behind the couch, reception stuff couldn't solve the problem. Actually you can buy the accessories and clean the bathroom and kitchennette yourself, because all the other things about the hotel are good. I feel it is an old additional building to former Best Western and the owners don't go to repare it or maintain properly )

My First stay at the Best Bella and I found it very good value. Room was clean and a good size, it was cleaned well by housekeeping every day. Found the bed very comfortable. Wi Fi worked great but not many plug sockets handy though if you need power. Great view from Balcony 6th floor though you hear extractors from hotel next door. Pool is small but clean and nice area to sit and relax. The walk to the main road is 5-10 minutes but the excellent shuttle was never more than a few minutes wait and the drivers all cheery as you would expect. I found the rest of the staff attended to things very quickly when needed. The engineer came to fix my safe and was there in less than 5 mins, the same when I requested some room supplies from housekeeping and room service. The closest beach is a couple of minutes away down steps this is the quieter beach. The main beach is 15mins on foot or a couple of minutes on Baht Bus from the roundabout, very busy but always places to sit. Try the Cinema in central festival and upgrade to the loungers with drinks or go first class. I have been to Pattaya many times and this is a good value hotel, it is not luxury but was great for what I needed and I would stay here again.
