Not bad, especially for the money but the room (particularly bathroom) desperately needa refurb

This location is close to the BTS, definitely a plus! Very old bathrooms. Small towels, limited information provided by the front desk. Had to ask for a kettle to boil water. You get what you pay for.

Nice place and staffs were really nice and helpful but not happy with the room condition. Walls were damp, bathrooms were not upto the mark. Need renovation.

This is a budget hotel, so my expectations were pretty low. However it was one of the grottiest places I have ever stayed. The whole building is in a state of disrepair. The bathroom was dirty with permanent staining on walls and in the bath tub (rust?). The hotel is on a side street and through a car park. It has the air of somewhere really salubrious. You have to pay additional for WiFi which doesn’t work.

Property was old and did not look like the photos We had no towels on arrival For the price it was a real rip off There are many other hotels nearby

Old old old. Dirty dirty dirty. The breakfast was laughable

Pictures and description were not even remotely as advertised. Room was neglected and run down, lamp didn't work, the sink spout was broken, towels were stained and smelt sour, and the room had a mouldy smell to it. Mattress were squeeky,old, and uncomfortable. I wasn't even willing to go bare foot in the room. Also, booked a non-smoking room, the room stunk of cigarettes. When I called the front desk about the smoking room issue the guy came up into the room and said it wasn't a smoking room and that he smelt nothing, so I handed him the ash tray that was in the room. The front desk and management were not willing to do anything to help me change rooms or to compensate. I originally booked for 4 days and left the hotel in less than 7 hours. The only reason it was 7 hours long is because I landed in BKK at 4:00am local time, and booked a new room almost immediately after I got to this hotel, just had to wait until noon for check in at new hotel. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!

The hotel need knocking down stayed in many hotels with hotels. Com and this hotel is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in very very tired hotel , the rooms are still from the 1970s untouched the pool and sun beds were dirty and old couldn’t wait to leave !!

Tired old hotel. Sure there are betters for the same price.

I staied four days but they did not changed the sheets. same blood stain same position.

Old room, bad bed, bad wifi. Wifi is not free. You need to buy and it did not even work. With this price you can find better hotels.

Always helpful staff

The lighting time out is too fast, while waiting for lift, suddenly it became total darkness as the light is time out too fast. The whole corridor no light as when walk pass, it goes off too fast, thus making very dark n scary The washing basic is clogged n water take sometime to slowly drain off. Already info the house keeping about this issue but still the same.... The room look dark even light on...can be improved. No shampoo as only washing soap avail. Towel side torn still using.

Room is old and dated yet everything worked well good hot water and pressure in shower good air con tv channels well tuned and a comfortable matress on the bed breakfast average at best hotel is also well located close 2 asoke bts and terminal 21 good value 4 a short stay u get what u pay 4
