The breakfast was great and room fairly comfterble. My only complaint was the bed was very hard but not a deal breaker. The staff was always super polite and on point. Would stay here again. Was not able to swim due to very rough sea state and red flag warning so if you want to swim in the ocean be sure to check the seasons for calm seas. Pool was very nice and connnected to a bar which was fun and awesome.

Amazing hotel!! Super clean, Right on the beach with nice pools, the staff was soooo great, especially the sweet girl at the front desk, Walaporn :) The buffet breakfast was also really good. Highly recommend this place

Beautiful place on the beach , didnt eat or drink there except breakfast which had most things we wanted. Got sick not sure if it was the pool water i accidentally got up my nose, would return here it was really lovely

Good location and walking distance to Kata. Good views of the ocean from every room and rare beach access (most hotels are across the street from the beach). Breakfast was excellent.

We stayed for 5. Nights and enjoyed our stay. The staff was excellent and the facilities were just ok. For the cost of our stay expected more. Our room smelt apon arrival, there are no ice machines on the property, the food was good, the pool was not heated but not uncommon to find. The pool didn’t appear to have a working filtration system. The shower in the room had a sign that said very hot and anytime someone flushed in other rooms flushed the water got scolding hot for a few moments. Also we had three rooms and one room was 1K usd more forever same room. I would stay there again but at a discounted rate.

Beyond Karon location is perfect for those who want to be near but not next to the party. Pool and beach area were beautiful. It would be nice to have hotel sponsored beach chair & umbrella and, it was easy to work with the folks renting the chairs and umbrellas. Be sure to not keep any food or leave soda/juice spills, bc the small ants move quickly.

Perfect location close to all the action in Kata. Easy access to the beach and at the quieter end of Karon Beach. Lovely spot to swim with no waves. The pool is great however the whole put your towel on a sunbed first thing in the morning to claim a spot that you hardly use is ridiculous. It’s just inconsiderate as hardly anyone would use the pool or sunbeds. I haven’t experienced this at other hotels in different areas of Phuket. I wouldn’t stay here again for this reason. Nice to not have screaming kids around, so it was a nice peaceful place to relax. The breakfast is nice. Staff very friendly.

This property is very dated so much so be careful taking a shower. The water turns scolding hot potentially you can get second-degreeburns with that said there is a warning sign in the shower. There is no room service and the bartender at the pool bar has a total attitude when you ask for a bucket of ice, and you’re only allotted four small bottles of water a day according to the staff. When you leave your room, you must take your room card key, which shuts off all air conditioning and electric so that you can come back to an extremely hot room. This hotel is about $100 a night value at best. With the lack of options this hotel had the best beach location.

Great location and adults only. The people are amazing and go out of their way to help you. My only request is to fix the water going super hot as pressure changes. Showers do come with a sign to say hot water but the sudden change in temp can seriously hurt someone if they dont know and already like hot showers. If you can’t fix the problem maybe let people know beforehand so they can lower the temp accordingly.

Not exactly like in the pictures. The location was great. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The "lobby" is antiquated. It felt like you were at a bank asking for a loan. The hotel does not have 2 twin beds, as some option appeared in the app. It is a King size made out of 2 FIXED twin beds. We paid prime$ for the location and hotel because we wanted plenty of room for two friends. Otherwise we'd have gone for cheaper options with a true actual king size bed. The shower was laughable. There was no wall, instead a floor to ceiling glass, clear glass. The hotel had a curtain on the outside, which could be very easily be opened by accident by the ppl in the room. The glass should be tempered or had contact paper or something to make it more bulletproof. The experience got saved by their morning breakfast! Great food and service. Anyway, this is why I rate it a 3 out of 5.
