Wow, what an experience. From checking in and having a warm conversation with the owner, the excellent service through out (shout-out to Arm!), the well maintained grounds and beach right outside our door- this place had it all. Everything you read in the other reviews are true, this place is wonderful! Can’t recommend enough

The hotel is Thai style, nice rooms, not the newest furniture, its like a retro style I would say.
We had an issue with hot water that took them two days to come and fix, but with this the service from all staff was amazing!
Pool is little, Its not a place I would book again or recommend but still they were super nice.

This Resort is truly a Gem. We had 7 nights in total and we reserved the family suite since we are a family of 4 ( 2 sons ages 9 and 14 ).
The resort itself is just beautiful, clean quiet and have everything you might want or need in a dreamy vacation. The pool, the restaurant/dinning area, gym, private beach and the staff ( which will get a section of its own in this review ) everything is top tier.
The room was absolutely huge and luxurious, seriously, ive been around the world and this is one of the best, clean and comfortable room I've had the chance to stay at.
Now the staff : okay this is what makes this resort stand out the most for me and my family.
Hands down, THE BEST STAFF AND MANAGEMENT I've ever had the pleasure to interact with. So kind and attentive we were truly amazed.
C2, SIMA, Yoshi, Jane, Joe,Zaw Arm and seriously all the rest were just amazing ! I really don't want to make this review very long so others will skip it.
Both massage therapists Nuch and bpuo are hands down the best I've had and we did a full body massage every day, they are both amazing.
My younger boy still Miss C2 and remind him and Sima every day. We actually all miss them and can't wait to come back as soon as we can.
Also the Manager of the resort ( forgive me but i can remember his name ) is a very very professional, kind and pleasant person that was constantly interacting with us making sure we are enjoying our stay. THANK YOU

We have a short trip of 2 nights there. The room was clean and decorating is amazed us. Overall our experience was excellent.
Only one thing we need you to pay attention was sense of emergency and offering assistance to guests from reception staff. We have called to the hotel after checked out and ask if they can check with lost & found for mobile phone left in the room. Front desk staff took my call at 12.06 PM and asked me to calling back due to she was engaged with other guests, so instead of calling back I have asked her if she can call back when she can, then she said she will call in 20 mins and I gave her my contact number. 2 hours later no call from the hotel then I’ve called again. Khun Oranuch (if i can recall correctly) took my call then I have shared about lost & found, I was informed that staff has already checked and nothing found, then I asked her why no one inform us, I was very disappointed from what she said…the reason why she didn’t call back due to she was busy. She should handing better for this emergency thing as well as working in hospitality industry.
