Ok hotel. Nice staff, but man, no noise isolation, 7am workers move around things above you and around you, uncomfortable bed, they combining 2 twin beds and the beds are stiff like rock. The room full of noises from squeaky AC and the refrigerator. They have nice breakfast but will never to back to this hotel ever again. Terrible stay. Barely slept.

If you stay in the wing I did it’s renovated and tastefully furnished. Other wings are slightly dated. I was on fifth floor with huge room, and balcony overlooking Kata Beach. The food, breakfasts and buffets are amazing with good value. I stayed at this hotel a total of 12 nights. Staff and service amazing with great value. Only downside is it’s quite a walk from street and lobby to rooms.Reccomend it

The facilities such as pool, gym, dinning areas etc was in great condition and well maintained. Hotel is situated in great location with a short stroll to Kata beach and restaurants and shops. Highly recommend and can’t wait for next trip back to Thailand and stay at Chanalai Flora Resort.

Extremely diligent staff and comfortable rooms. I was so sick while I was here (not because of the hotel!) and they cared for me so well and made such I got the medical care I needed. The room was lovely and dinners in the evening were lovely but I'll never forget the kindness of the hotel staff helping me in my hour of need. They identified I needed medical help and got it to me so quickly and stayed with me.

But perhaps the best part of the stay was the staff who was always there to make sure you were happy and informed. The front desk man named Sky was always smiling and made sure we were being well taken care of. We look forward to another stay at this exceptional hotel.

My husband and I really enjoyed this resort! The only slight critique we have is the cleanliness of the washroom. It’s not that bad - just the typical wear and tear of a hotel room. It could just use a good deep clean. There was also an odd smell coming from the bidet sometimes, but I assume that’s just the usual plumbing conditions when you’re staying on an island.
We REALLY enjoyed the area and amenities. The pool was a highlight for us. We also really liked the area - many nearby markets, restaurants, shops, etc.
The staff was also great. Altogether, would recommend.
