We arrived late at night and were welcomed by the kind gentlemen at reception. We were helped the next morning with knowledge on how much we should be paying for a tuktuk, they helped with booking tours and transfers- so helpful and did it all without a fuss which made our stay smooth. The rooms were nice and tidy - the bed was a little hard- other than than we had an excellent stay and at a good price. Highly recommend.

Awesome hotel! In a quiet part of town. The staff are excellent and very friendly. The rooms are spacious and sparkling clean and also have air conditioning which can be hard to find in Thailand! It is only a 10 minute walk to the beach and is located on a street with many great Thai restaurants to choose from. The hotel has a beautiful pool. Breakfast is good and they make it cooked to order. I would definitely stay here again!

The staff at this hotel were the most friendly I have met. Nothing was too much trouble. For a budget hotel, it fulfilled all my wishes. The breakfasts were basic, ie cereal, toast, cooked breakfast, Tea, Coffee, Juice and cold water, (plenty to eat). The hotel was very very clean, fresh towels every day, room made up. Only a small hotel with 30 rooms but to me, that was one of the attractions. 100% satisfaction and only 5-10 minute walk to the beach, 2 minutes to restaurants and bars. The pool was pristine and cleaned every morning. No hesitation in going back to this hotel.

Nice small hotel. Not very near anywhere except Phuket fantasy. Which is my we stayed here. Pool was nice. Only down side was we stayed on 2nd floor and no one helped us with our cases. Plus breakfast was not the greatest. There seemed to b a lot off flys and the breakfast wasn't covered up with plastic covers.

We booked a couple of nights here for when we landed in Phuket. It's a very modern and new hotel and the rooms are excellent. They are bright and airy. The furnishings good quality, and the bathroom excellent. There is a fridge with complementary water and beer (45 baht a bottle) and soft drinks. There is safe and tea/coffee making facilities. The balcony overlooked the pool. Breakfast was fine with a range of fruits, cereals, bread (and toaster), yoghurts. Then you can have a full breakfast of bacon, egg, sausage etc. The staff are all excellent and very friendly. The pool is a decent size and the pool area always clean and well maintained. It is tucked away from the main road but close to 7/11 for supplies. It's a 10 min walk down to Kamala village which was never a problem. We traveled around southern Thailand for a few weeks staying in mainly 3 star hotels. Overall, this was the best quality. It should really be a 4* based on the rooms and facilities and I can only assume they are not a 4* because they don't have a restaurant. We liked it so much, we came back and stayed another 4 nights at the end of the trip!

Small and family feel place. Very quiet, breakfast is basic, rooms are nice, the staff is amazing. Located in Kamala beach which is relax area and fitted ones who want to have less crowded around them. The beach is 5 minutes walking, Patong beach will be 15 minutes by taxi. This place is perfect for families, they have rooms with connecting doors. Best value for money.

We would like to give this Hotel a better review but due to the misleading ways, we feel it only right to be harsh in our critique. The hotel itself is very well kept and clean. The bed is rather hard, but we managed. Our issue is that there are actually two locations for this resort, and they don't differentiate between the two locations when booking it. One location is right on the beach and in the middle of everything, the other location is about a 15 minute walk into the outskirts. We arrived at the location by the beach only to be told that we'd have to walk with all our luggage to the other location! Awful service and awfully misleading. Be forewarned! We also asked the hotel to call and set up a taxi for us to the airport the night before we left, but were told that they would drive us... granted they charged more than a taxi is allowed too!

The hotel IS NOT located where you find it on internet maps. It looks like the hotel is located very near the beach, but it's actually located about 10 min walk from it. Look up "Resort by Clearhouse" and you will find THE APPROXIMATE POSITION of it. The hotel is only one year old. Rooms are very nice and clean, with air condition and a mini bar and a balcony with a table and two chairs for each room. There's a nice pool and a smaller one for children in connection with it. The hotel staff is very friendly and will help you with everything. You can rent a car or motorbike at the hotel. Breakfast is served outside at the reception desk and is ok. You have plenty of restaurants within 2-5 min walk from the hotel. If this hotel had been located close to the beach it would have been worth the money.

The pictures of this hotel can be a bit misleading. My girlfriend and I booked three nights at this hotel to save a bit money during our two week Thailand vacation. However, from the moment our taxi pulled up the driveway (the hotel is located back behind the main road via a long driveway), we knew this booking was probably a mistake. Our room was on the first floor and our large window opened up to the eating area and front desk. I could have reached out and shook the hands of the people eating. So we had to keep our curtains closed. This is an extremely minimal hotel - no restaurant, food, bar, or anything. So when it started pouring rain the first night, we were stuck in the room with nothing to do. The mattress is as good as a slab of concrete, not comfortable what-so-ever and there's not even soap to wash your hands in the bathroom. I will say that the hotel was very clean, but just not what we were expecting. We checked out after the first night and went to another, slightly more comfortable hotel.
