Have stayed many times at Dynasty Inn. Location is ideal for traveling for shopping, dining or entertainment.
Good live music at bar on the corner. Complimentary breakfast is a nice addition but would be much nicer if included actual food order from the hotels menu,

One big issue if you want to sleep do not get a room at the front of the hotel as the bar across the road has extremely loud live music till after 2am if you a room at the back of the hotel it’s perfectly fine.

Large, clean, comfortable rooms with good amenities like fridge, satellite TV, USB ports for charging electronics, and laptop compatible room safe. Great location on Soi 13 one block from the beach and across from Pattaya Avenue Mall. Super friendly staff. Very basic breakfast included and perpetual happy hour available in the pleasant lobby. If you are looking to visit Pattaya, this is an affordable, quality option.

Clean and safe hotel closed to walking street and the beach . Many food and bars options. Room is big. AC works well. Bed is comfortable. Staff is very friendly.. Room cleaning done daily . Very much appreciated.
I always enjoy to stay here despite that there is a bar at the corner . Music playing stops by 01 am .
