Frank Ao Nang was a great short stay for us and we will return to stay again. The staff were amazing and so lovely to deal with. There are two great pools and the surroundings and view are magical. It is a short, beautiful walk to the main road and the gorgeous beaches and beach clubs.

We had a little bungalow and it was very cute! This is a little hotel off the Main Street and about a 25 minute walk to the beach and lots of shops along the way! Close to one of the new night markets which was fabulous, clean and had lots of food options!

Loved our stay here! Although it was located a bit outside of the main area, it’s perfect if you want to relax and get away from the crowds. We took a shuttle downtown a couple of times and it worked great. The pool is awesome especially with the backdrop of the mountains :)

If you like WiFi be prepared to spend your time in the hotel lobby, WiFi in rooms very poor to non existent. Loads of mosquitos. No restaurant. Overall very mediocre stay.

We loved the setting of this property as well as the pool. It was a peaceful place. The rooms were quite small but satisfactory. The beds felt like you were sleeping on boards. Breakfast was just OK. There was some difficulty communicating with staff, language barrier, but they were friendly and helpful. It is a 20 minute walk to the beach. Frank Ao Nang has a shuttle they offer for 50 baths/person.

The staff was friendly but the hotel room did not have hot water which is unacceptable for me when I am travelling. Also, we had arranged a van for the airport and a car versus van arrived and there was a delay to get a van to fit the passengers in luggage which caused for a very stressful ride to the airport, we did make it. there is a small bar with blender by the pool, but it never was open while we were there?

The man at the front desk in the evening told us that
Breakfast was included with our stay. They checked off our room number BEFORE eating. At check out they charged 400 Bhat for breakfast saying that the man made a mistake. Supposedly , the manager was not there and was not answering her phone. Was set up and ripped off. Much better food for far less everywhere. Would NOT recommend this place because of this .treatment.
Pictures look much better than actual place. Across the street from run down shack type housing
