We stayed at this hotel for one night. Initially we arrived at the hotel at 10:00, according to the hotel rules we were allowed to check in at 14:00 but we were allowed to leave our bags in the hotel lobby first and then walk around Pattaya while waiting for check in. In general, this hotel is highly recommended when you are on vacation in Pattaya, the location is strategic because it is close to various tourist attractions but not in the center of the crowd so it is far from traffic jams and noisy atmosphere. The hotel environment is also comfortable and there are many shops, restaurants, and motorbike/car rentals, the most important thing is that it is close to seven eleven. The hotel room is very comfortable, one of the reasons is because it provides quite a lot of electrical outlets. The hotel bed is soft, the AC is cold, the TV has various channels, the bathroom is clean. The hotel facilities are quite complete: restaurant, gym, kids room, swimming pool although during our stay here we did not have time to use it because our stay was very short.

Worst experience from Furama group hotel. Air-con not working even complaint come and chk snd says weather is hot do can not feel air-con. 😂. No break fast for vegetarian bad condition very bad experience not recommended. No bath tub. Only web pictures dhow better hotel but actually its very worst and bad hotel not recommended for family.
