Decided to stay close to Edelweiss Dental House for the first exam as it was within walking distance. Quiet room, very nice, friendly, and welcoming staff. Great breakfast Buffett as it had a mixture of authentic Thai, Indian, and Western cuisine. The coffee was amazing. Would stay here again.

Customer Service was an A ! Their employees Mek was very hospitable and spoke English as good if not better than a native speaker. Staying at the Gold Orchid was a very pleasant experience and I will definitely be returning. I will be referring others to stay there as well.

It was perfect for me, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb. This Hotel is second to none. And yes I will go back later in the year.

The Junior Suite room matched the hotel photos, except the actual room is a bit older than the photos illustrated. However, there is a bathtub and shower in the bathroom, and a large LED TV in the living area. Overall, the room is clean and comfortable, and the air conditioning works very well. The most disappointing part of the hotel booking was the included buffet breakfast. Most of the food is fried and tasteless. I had to get a full stomach with multiple bowls of cereal and several cups of coffee. Any 7-11 mart offers a better food selection. The hotel is also not very close to the BTA train line so taxis are essential. Additionally, most of the staff do not speak English very well so foreign travelers should not expect good communication.
