Arrived at the hotel at 2:40 PM, got a room at 3:00 PM (booked with travel agency). The air conditioning wasn't cool enough. We waited for the repairman until 4:30 PM, and they still hadn't fixed it, so we asked to change rooms. The staff said they were waiting for the housekeeping to clean. I sat in the room, hot and waiting, not expecting it to take that long. Finally, at 5:50 PM, we got a new room. They should rename it "Waiting for Rest."

Real experience. Need to call to ask before staying even though already booked and paid, still can't stay. Spent a long time to stay. Spent looking at the faces of many customers who didn't get a room. Most of them got dumped. When I arrived, they told me to cancel the booking. Came a long way, carried heavy bags, came with the whole family. Quite difficult because there were only motorcycle taxis in the alley. There were a lot of motorcycles traveling. The accommodation is at the end of Soi Ram 53. The owner fixed and took care of the customers. In the end, got a room without air conditioning. Asked the owner for 2 fans. The owner agreed. The male subordinate brought 1. Couldn't lift the neck high. Luckily, it could be pressed to shake. The cashier came to ask and said to ask for 1 more, but didn't bring it. Until I couldn't wait any longer, went out to eat. Came back and still didn't have it. The drain pipe was clogged. Had to fight for it to drain. The soap holder fell off, had to plug it in and replace it. There was no TV to watch. Only cables. The small refrigerator was not plugged in. The cord was left at the back above. Said to leave it downstairs on the floor. Like doing it yourself. No air conditioner. Paid for the room price of an air-conditioned room. TV But got like a rental room on the side of the road. I think it's because the subordinate didn't listen to the boss and wasn't well prepared. First time encountering something like this 555555 Good luck to the owner. I hope you will improve your service and be more strict with your employees.
