Arrived 3pm asked to wait 30 mins for room to be cleaned. Others checking in as normal. No refreshments or water offered despite my 12 hour non stop flight. When staff questioned only answer was “wait a moment” Kept asking me for passport, booking ref, number of nights I was staying, whether I wanted 1 or 2 beds, I said any, just need a room. They actually already had all this information I saw my check in form.Finally after 45 mins given a room, unpacked and then told I was being upgraded. Turned out new room was lower Standard than first room, but consolation was a basket of fresh fruit.

Its a convenient location near BTS but disappointed with the room. The room was dusty and floor not mopped. In the entire six days of our stay only bed was made- the floor was not swept and the room dusty.

Hotel has had a slight room refurbishment but it’s still very dated. My hot water was hard to control. The temperature was either very hot or cold so couldn’t find a comfortable point. Otherwise it’s a good location for a short stay and the staff are nice.
