the hotel staff is very informative and helpful. the room service is fast, especially when the bangkok earthquake happened yesterday, they immediately evacuated us through the emergency door. and they went back into the building to evacuate other hotel guests, without thinking about their own safety. 1 word respect.

Location far from the main district, if you rent a private transport it'll be one of the best choices. They had a spacious and clean room, but they don't give amenities like a toothbrush/toothpaste. They had good hospitality, all the staff speaks English, and also you get free luggage storage. All the breakfast menu is no pork. I came late at night and got a quick check-in process, but don't forget to bring cash because there's a deposit of 1000 baht.

The staffs provided unequal service. The hotel had a BTS shuttle service. I arrived early to use the service for convenience. I just saw the convenience and the time was right for the first round of service, but I was refused to get off the car to go to the next round. In that case, I can choose to use another convenient service myself, but I was refused. Why? I'm not a foreigner or anything. Why? Equality and punctuality make you get treated like this? You want society to be equal, but where's the equality in what you do? It's a waste of time.

The hotel managed by Accor but not good. The room was not clean, old, many hairs and dust in the room. They changed another room but still hairs in the room. The location far away from the center and tourist. No aminities, no minibar, no slepper. Breakfast buffet is nomal. Not commensurate with the price, not recommend

The hotel is very clean, very new tour but lots of bad breakfast. There are only a few fried eggs, fried egg, fried eggplant, fried vegetables, fried rice and beans (this menu is very funny). Potato fried egg pie chicken sausage is meat free. Think about eating vegetarian There is not even a ham egg, everything is 5 star, breakfast is negative.
