The room is good 😃 convenience, good comfort, good staff, bad story 1. Check in, send the key to us and say go there. We looked at the pointing finger and walked in confusion and couldn't find any way to walk back and ask. The employee pointed out that way. Can we report to help take it a little? (Around 9:30 p.m.) The police officer informs me for a moment and can take it (very confused. Outside? (Not used in the bathroom) The police officer informed me that there is water in the bathroom, if you want to use it, pick it up in the bathroom. The clerk told me to pick up the rag and wipe it 👎 If I remember correctly, the employee's name is Nong Joy 👉, everything of the school is good except this one. School 👉 In front of our house is the receiving department, what is in the school is not good, but we have a good employee that makes everything good and impresses. Because service is the number 1 priority. Of people doing business in this field in 10 aug 20 out 12 aug 20.

The plug has a single hole, which is very perplexed. The sink will allow the water to flow, having to put the hand down and pull the lid to let the water drain. Water heater does not work Order a single bed for a double bed. Free bottle of water Outside, lose money in the refrigerator No hot pot The coat hanger is very high. The woman hangs up because the hanger is locked next to the top. The shoes in the room are different in color. It's not worth the price. There is no plug in the bedside charger. The lights in the room are very dark. Lots of rules, loud noise, overall is very bad. But the receptionist is excellent The only good thing is the staff.

Hotel is located in the gas station near airport, but very far from Suratthani city. Good only for connecting flight or if you rent a car.
The bed was a little uncomfortable, on the room 20th the hot shower wasn’t working since last time I stayed here few months ago, but luckily, this time I was there on the sunniest day so it was ok with that. There is no balcony in the room, so if you need to smoke cigarettes you only have go downstairs.
There is a Thai restaurant and convenience store at the hotel which you can buy & eat anything you want except alcohol beverages. (Due to the Thai law, they couldn’t sell any of the alcohol beverages inside the gas station) but, still, can get it from the minibar inside the room or at the reception but the price is a little higher than outside.
The service was bad as I can say, this is the second time happening to me here, the staff didn’t check and revise their bookings, they kept asking me when did I book the room, what types of room did I book, have I paid it or not, so I have to find and show them my own itinerary from my phone for check in, so they let me in, and in the other day, the staff called me again in the evening ask me about the payment, which I was little surprise about it.

Not too far from the airport is the PTT pump. Noticeably there are seven restaurants, coffee shops, some open 24 hours, but a little loud because of the main street. Taxi to the airport 200 b. Personally think expensive compared to just 3 km distance. Staff are friendly, but there is a little trouble checking the booking information.
