Tidy and clean. Just a bit far away from Krabi Town. Close to Tesco which is good. However, wrong description as I booked seaview room - but no seaview. Disappointed on this and hope Expedia would follow up with me.

The staff from the front desk had a sullen face, no good reception, no greeting to customers, no care in service. On the check-out day, the staff did not greet us when we left and had a sullen face from check-in to check-out.

The room is very clean. In the middle of the city, easy to find things to eat, the parking lot may be less But it is not difficult. Stay here twice and I have a little bit of the chain that locked the door. If the emergency panic, it may not be released. Because time is released, have to press the button a little But this is not a problem at all. If concerned about safety When there is an emergency Then try to practice to release it first

Overall, okay. The service staff is good. The bathroom room is good, but the TV channel mono 29 changes the language yet. I don't know about 555. The location is convenient when going anywhere in the city. There is a lift, not having to climb the stairs to get tired if there is a chance to choose to use the service here again.
