I liked the friendly staff. I was allowed to use the restroom and clean up... and there were plenty of vendors around the hotel. It's also conveniently located to tourist attractions. The hotel is very strategically located. I'll definitely stay here again if I come back. It's close to the train and bus stations.

While there is a limited number of covered car parking spaces, the hotel boasts ample car parking space. The modern design of the rooms is also noteworthy. I intend to return in the near future.

We had a wonderful time staying here. Beautiful new hotel from the exterior to interior. We like the room design with urban industrial theme. Housekeeping done a good job in making the room clean and we feel comfortable walking without slippers in the room. The service is good and all the staff from the entrance to reception are courteous and friendly. Will consider staying in this hotel again if I ever visited Hadyai in future.
