nice hotel, good location. Room is clean and with balcony. breakfast are good, a lot of meals, continental, Asian and Indian. but never Thai food. pool are nice, busy with kids. hope next holiday will back again. I love with one of the lady (Thoy) cleaning my room and she is so nice and friendly.

If there is a 10 star I would love to star 10, first I stay here I think normal, but this is my second stay here after bergonta hotel when compared with other hotels in Phuket this hotel is the best, staffs are very friendly, the pool is clean and nice, the rooms are comfortable and clean, the breakfast is diverse and tasty, strategic and easy transportation, close to the beach, I was asked what time of the flight tomorrow I said at 5 pm I was given an extra check out hour until 2 o'clock so I could rest before airport, and free of charge

The front office is very helpful. We arrive quite early in the morning because we have an early flight. When we arrive she offered us to get shower although we can’t check in yet. She offered fresh towel. And around 12.00PM time to check in the room is ready. It is huge, clean and the AC is very cool. The only minus is the late night music in the bar down in the street is until 3.00 AM. But the room is very comfortable so I fell a sleep easily.

Cleanliness 5/5. Service 5/5. Courtesy 5/5. Value for money 5/5. Location 5/5. I stayed at the hotel for 6 nights, everything was 100%. The staff is available for any request, always with a smile. The hotel manager, the reception staff, and the cleaning staff are all always pleasant, nice, and just want to help. There is a laundry service available and breakfasts for an additional fee are worth the price. Highly recommend. I would especially like to mention Che, the employee at the reception who always had a smile and took care of everything, he always explained to me what was in the hotel with patience and a smile.
