Don't listen to the negative reviews.
Breakfast was enough for us to start our day, plus point it is an inclusive restaurant where their staff are mixed with disabled staff (mute). Very encouraging and heartwarming.
The dessert specialty cafe on the front is great, coffee selection was immersive and tasty.
Special note for Khun Bee, the FO girl. She helped us to arrange a tour and advise us places to visit around Chiangmai. Her hospitality is our highlight of this stay.
We will be back!!!!

Good service, very good atmosphere around the hotel, lots of photo spots, smiling staff, very comfortable bed, very impressive, I like the bathroom very much, 10/10, but the makeup mirror is a bit small in the corner inside the bedroom. Tawan Restaurant, delicious food, very polite staff, coffee shop is also great, drinks taste good, good service staff, recommended, there is a parking lot, convenient, near tourist attractions.

Staff very friendly. The food was good. There is a large car park where you can simply park your rented car or motorbike. Aircond is very cold!! Very convenient. Love it!

The accommodation is beautiful, the room is spacious, the bedding in the room is good, the bed and pillows are soft, not hard. The bathroom is separated from the wet and dry areas. I would like to complain a little that when taking a shower after midnight, the water flows slowly, not like before midnight. / In the bathroom, room 1403, the sink faucet does not close tightly, water drips all the time.

Good clean, airy room while the room area is small. There is another opportunity to choose to stay here. But if it is recommended that it is not suitable for large people because the room is quite small, it is difficult to walk next to the bathroom with a lot of steps.

Everything is very good, the children are cute, the decoration is beautiful. The room is clean, very neat, very like, the price is not expensive, very worthwhile, but this time I can't sleep because the hotel row has a live music shop. I have to wait for the band to finish playing to fall asleep.

Good location, parking, nice room, go to stay with many families, good mattress But the living room is too small, if 12 people go, there is no place to gather in the bed, 2 bathrooms, no hanging in the bathroom. Rather difficult when changing clothes, 2 toilets are small and narrow, with one small sink.
