Very good, is a 5 star hotel located not far from Mae Fah Luang Airport, Mueang District. Chiang Rai province The environment in the hotel is pleasant, complete facilities. Equipped with a leading hotel with irons for customers to use, rooms with views of the Kok River and garden view, food, professional flavors. Above all, I stayed at this hotel like I stayed with the family. The manager and staff in this hotel gave me a very warm and friendly relationship.

Beautiful property full of lantern filled trees and walkways across ponds. White Lotus could be shot here! Excellent service. Spacious room. Next to the Kok River. A quiet, peaceful location - 5 minute Grab or Tuk-Tuk ride to Central Chaing Rai. Thai restaurant on site was superb. We did not eat at the Italian restaurant on site.

The location and grounds around the giant rain trees. The size, style and cleanliness of the room, the breakfast and most of all the amazing staff. The lady that checked us in and took us to our room, the front desk and bell staff, the restaurant staff were all top notch. Although Marriott owns the hotel you get Asian style friendliness and service vs. the "service" you get from Marriott in the US. The the hotel was obviously designed and built before Marriott got involved. The front desk staff set us up with some great drivers/guides that drove all around the amazing region. Although it is a quiet river setting you are only minutes from town via TukTuk or private car. The fare to the airport about $2.50 and although the airport is close, flight noise was not an issue. Even at resort prices which probably double the in town prices food and drink were delicious and still much less than what you would pay for average food in the US. We stayed a few extra days and were upgraded from the normal mega room to the super mega room. The contemporary style is out of Architectural Digest and unlike some even 5 star room there were no rough edges or signs of wear in our room. The 3 level infinity pool with the infinity river lagoon pool and then the river with all the landscaping. You need to visit there to appreciate the design, attention to detail and superb maintenance. Even the maintenance stop there work to greet you. DON"T LOOK ANYWHERE ELSE IN CHIANG RAE!

Having recently experienced the bland corporate feel of the Marriott in Phuket Town, it was with some doubt we approached our stay here. However, it could not have been more different, it was a truly wonderful and relaxing experience. Every member of staff could not have been more pleasant and helpful, for which they deserve much credit.
Despite being quite a large hotel it has the feel and approach of a small family business.
We will definately return.

Beautiful hotel but dated. Love the huge room looking into pool.Prices at restaurants are expensive and the property is too big for us. Did not like having to walk long distance from one place to another. However, overall had a nice two days stay as all the staff were very kind, helpful and very professional.

Beautiful property. Great pool, big rooms, great Italian restaurant on the river, breakfast was amazing, and the old trees and landscaping was really special. Felt like a little oasis in Chiang Rai, yet not far from many of the highlights.

I would like to thanks the staff and management for decorating the room to surprise my wife for our 32 years anniversary. we stay for 4 night 3 day for this holiday in chaing rai although the flooding is over but the recover of the town was excellent fast this to thanks the government of the state. Also special thank the hotel recipient's and manager help to book grab car and guided me where to explore chaing Rai and cheap place for our lunch and dinner in chaing rai town. The service provider by the hotel are excellent. i will come back again next trip also introduce to my friends and relatives. i give 10 out of 10 to the hotel.
