I have chosen to stay here for the 3rd day and will continue for another 4 and 5. I have chosen to stay here for 5 days straight. There is no need to talk about the service and convenience here. If it was not really good, I would not stay. Check-in has free drinking water to welcome you, very refreshing... Come at noon, what do you want to eat? Just order it. Their restaurant has everything. I must say it will please those who like to sit back and relax while sipping cold beer... There are always promotions, no need to wait for a discount. The entrance is very bad, there is a lot of garbage piled up and smells bad, and there are foreigners drinking and smoking all the time until late at night. When checking in, there is no receptionist, only the cleaning staff who sit and watch without asking. I stood and waited for a long time until a staff came to ask what I needed and then I found out that the receptionist was around but didn't take care of the customers. When I got to the room, there were only 3 towels even though there were 4 people staying, 3 adults and 1 child. Do you want children to use the same towels as adults? When asking for more, they charged me and the price was quite expensive. The things in the room looked like they had just been washed or something, I'm not sure. There was still water in the hot water kettle, the bathroom floor was wet, and some fake eyelashes fell on the table, which was disgusting. The refrigerator stinks and the staff takes care of me very badly. They don't speak politely and make faces when asking for anything. There are very few people who take care of me well because most of them take care of me badly and act like they are asking for free accommodation. Regarding the breakfast coupons for 4 people, I only got 3 coupons. When I asked, one person said it was fine, but another person came and said I had to pay more. If the child is 12, it will be free. Why didn't you tell me when I checked in? I already informed you in the app how old the child is. You didn't ask which child you were because normally when I stay somewhere, if there is a child, they will ask, but this time, they didn't. The Wi-Fi is set up like that and it doesn't work at all. I've stayed at many hotels but this one has the worst service.

The rooms are very clean, the housekeepers are kind, the price is very cheap compared to the quality. The food was adequate and was very well packaged. But it might be a bit far from BTS and making travel difficult. Focus on calling Grab and taxi, which are very good. It's great for families and friends.
