새 시설이라 깔끔했고, 직원들도 친절했습니다. 다만, 저는 문제가 없었는데 함께간 동료분들 방이 청소가 깔끔하게 되지 않았다고 해서 청결도와 관리상태 평가를 약간 내렸습니다. 호텔 1층에 맥도날드와 편의점이 있어 매우 편했고, 편의점 앞 밀크티가게는 매일 이용했습니다ㅋㅋ 주변 지역이 시장이라 위생적인 부분이 조금 그랬던 것이 유일하게 아쉬웠습니다.

-ที่จอดโรงแรมไม่มี ต้องไปจอดด้านหลังซึ่งเป็นที่จอดของเมเจอร์เก่า ที่จอดสะดวกสบาย แต่เก่ามาก ดูอันตรายสุดๆ แต่ก็ไม่มีอะไรเกิดขึ้น -มีมัดจำเงินสดเท่านั้น1000.- ด้านล่างคือปัญหาที่เจอ -แนะนำโทรหารร.ก่อนถ้ามีกระเป๋า เพราะตอนไปถึงบอกมีกระเป๋าเดินทาง รร.ถามอันนี้ลูกค้าต้องการbell boyใช่มั้ย อ่าวไม่ใช่มั้งคะ แล้วพนัดงานบอกตอนแรกให้ขึ้นไปจอดแล้วbell boyจะมา ลเก็เปลี่ยนใหม่เป็นขับมาจอดหน้ารร.ก่อนแล้วให้bell boyเอาลงก่อน ดีนะยังไม่ขับขึ้น งงก็ตรงมีกระเป๋าแต่ถามว่าต้องการbell boyไหม คือยังไงคนบอกว่ามีกระเป๋าแปลว่าจะขนลงไปเองหรอ? -จองdeluxe twin ได้ห้องdeluxe double เข้าไปงงเตียงใหญ่เตียงเดียวเลยโทรหาฟร้อน เค้าบอกใช้ห้องไปรึยัง พอตอบว่ายังก็คือให้เปลี่ยน ต้องย้าย พอย้ายเข้าไปงงทำไมห้องเล็กลง>เดินลงไปถามข้างล่าง สรุปdown gradeห้องเป็นsuperior twin เริ่ดไม่ไหว แต่ก็เปลี่ยนให้ คำถามคือถ้าไม่ลงไปถามก็งงได้ห้องที่ราคาถูกกว่าที่จ่าย สรุปคือเปลี่ยนห้อง2รอบ เสียเวลาสุดๆ ถ้าไม่เดินลงไปคุยเองก็ไม่ได้รับคำขอโทษจากพนักงานเพราะเปลี่ยนห้องครั้งแรกคุยทางโทรศัพท์ไม่มีการขอโทษใดใด ส่วนรอบสองที่ลงไปก็ขอโทษแบบ ยิ้มๆขอโทษธรรมดาฟีลเดินชนแล้วขอโทษนะจ้ะ แต่ลูกค้าเสียเวลาเดินเปลี่ยนห้องนะงง -ลิฟพัง บัตรแตะลง-ขึ้นไม่ได้ ตอนแรกไม่รู้มีคนขึ้นไปชั้น2 เราอยู่ชั้น3เลยกะเดินขึ้นบันได แต่สภาพบันไดหนีไฟคือ!? ตามภาพเลยจ้า สวดมนต์เอาเด้อตายวันตายพรุ่ง -หลังจากลิฟต์เริ่มดีขึ้นคนอื่นเริ่มแตะบัตรได้แต่บัตรเราแตะไม่ได้ก็ถามพนักงานว่าแล้วจะขึ้นยังไง ให้คำตอบว่าลูกค้าต้องเดินเอาไปgenerate ใหม่เองที่ฟร้อนซึ่งระยะทางจากลิฟไปฟร้อนต้ิงเดินอยู่ ก็คือเดินมาบอกเฉยๆช่วยเหลือตัวเองเด้อลูกค้า เรื่องลิฟไม่มีการขอโทษใดใด -ห้องไม่มีสบู่ล้างมือ ต้องใช้ครีมอาบน้ำเอานะจ้ะ -น้ำฝักบัวทะลักแบบเขื่อนแตกเปิดระวังด้วยค่ะ ขอบๆเป็นราดำๆ น่าตะเพราะใช้งานมานาน -ห้องกว้าง แต่ความสะอาดไม่เวิคหลังประตูฝุ่นเยอะ ประตูใสฝั่งวิวคือเขรอะ แต่เข้าใจได้มั้งว่าวิวมันไม่มีให้ดูเลยไม่ต้องทำความสะอาด แต่เช็ดบ้างก็ได้ค่ะ เปิดมาตกใจ โดยรวมคือไม่ประทับใจมากกกกกก ไม่เคยพักโรงแรมในกรุงเทพครั้งนี้ครั้งแรกคืองง บริการทุกระดับ ไม่ประทับใจซักระดับ ห้องราคาหลักพัก ยังสู้ราคาหลักร้อยบางที่ไม่ได้เลย ไม่รู้ว่าทางเรามาตรฐานสูงไปกับโรงแรมราคาหลักพันหรือโรงแรมมาตรฐานต่ำไปนะคะ หมดคำจะพูดเห็นรีวิวดีๆเราก็เลือกจะพักแต่เจอแบบนี้คือ พักก่อนพักแบบstop not stay ใครจะเลือกก็ดูดีๆนะคะ

Room condition is good. But it is a hotel that is not for resting. Because I can clearly hear the outside sound. Startled every time another room opened and closed the door. even heard the alarm clock in another room All the voices of the conversation could be heard until morning and still hadn't slept. Book a hotel to sleep near an important event in order to keep energy for that event. In conclusion, I am tired than before because I haven't slept at all.

Is a hotel that is located on a major cinema You don't have to worry about parking and shops. It's considered perfect. Price is cheap compared to the condition of the room, high ceilings, clean, well decorated, impressed. If you have to go to that area, will definitely stay again.
