Fantastic hotel in perfect location.
Amazing rooms. Lovely rooftop bar and restaurant, great breakfast in main restaurant and all of the staff were very polite and very very helpful.
Right next door to a bid 711 store so you do not want for anything.
I've stayed at many hotels in Bangkok over the last 20 years. i wouldn't say there was a better one than this.

Never thought I would experience this power of an earthquake before until I arrived to Bangkok, Thailand! I was released from the hospital only 2days when the earthquake struck, nevertheless their staff are really organized and taken care of every guest! I love how they could operated and organized during the earthquake period! So thankfully to their stuff!

Property was located close to the Sukhumvit line metro making it easy to get around Bangkok.
The room had a good standard of amenities and was cleaned to a high standard.
It was my partners birthday whilst we stayed there and when we got to our room after the day out we were greeted to petals on the bed, towel animals and a birthday cake. A lovely personal touch showing attention to detail and how they value their customers.
