Neo Hotel Pattaya

Only stay here if you are familiar with Pattaya City and hotels near the beach. The experience was fine. Despite the staff being overworked and stressed during the Songkran festival, they made an effort to make my stay comfortable and relaxing as much as they could. Facilities are basic — you get water, a TV, towels, and a bed. The ambiance could be better, but it is what it is. I did not eat at the hotel, so I can't comment on the dining options. The staff were good and tried their best to assist despite the busy festival period. The highlight was the efforts of the staff to ensure a comfortable stay despite the hectic environment. The price was very reasonable during the festival, offering good value for money. Located near the beach in Pattaya City, the hotel provides easy access to the seaside and the lively atmosphere of the area, making it convenient for exploring the local attractions.

The room is dirty. The air conditioner is not cool. I recommended it to my friends.

The windows made a terrible, loud noise all night long from the wind. I hardly slept at all.
